Panera Bread, Gahanna OH

Sadly, this location has been notoriously slow for many years. With all understanding and patience, it’s hard to live so close and always expect to have very slow and inconsistent service and orders.

We have gone to this location for years and as of the last year the service has gone downhill. I can count on one hand the number of times we have gotten an order without a serious mistake.

The Gahanna location is always dirty. Window sills, tables. 3 out of four times my to go orders have been wrong or missing items.

Even if i order ahead online my food is still never on time. “sorry for the wait” is a common term here.if i do order when i arrive the person who takes my order usually just seems to have an attitude.

Paid around 6 dollars for a southwest chicken salad that came with exactly, NO chicken? Waited over ten minutes for customer contact and was not able to get ahold of anymore. There are also no public links to email in complaints. So I am hoping someone can get back to me to refund me for my salad.

Wow they should not have been open on July 4th as the staff seamed upset or not happy to be there. They were out of coffee but did not know it so told them and had to wait. I got my food and coffee but took 20 minutes. I come here twice a week and they normally have good service.
Was in Wednesday as well no other customers there but had to wait 3 to 5 for someone to take my order. Also staff seems to busy to talk or deal with me. Looks like the same crew from the 4th so hope this site gets it together soon.

Three consecutive weeks and poppyseeds dressing was not available at 5: 00 pm
Totally frustrating

This Panera has come a long way with their customer service. The tables were clean, the drink area was stocked well and clean and the restroom was clean. About as much as you can ask for from a Panera.

Good food, clean environment & restrooms, ample parking, consistently predictable experiences & convenient location.

Love Panera food, but their prices seem to be going up. If you use the online rapid pick-up, don't expect your food to be ready at the time it says.

Panera does a good job with their soups and sandwiches along with their baked Breads and bagels. I tend to shy away from the sweets ever since I saw a cookie going for almost $5 ridiculous. I see now they have extended their menu with noodle bowls and what have you but am yet to try any of those. For now I will stick with what I know I like and be happy with that.

Panera is great! The company makes good, wholesome food - fast. Taste the difference if you dare. My family is hooked. My favorites are the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad with a blueberry muffin. YUM.:)

Good job rejecting a potential good employee ONLY cause he had dreads. And you asked him to cut them off. After telling him he was good to show up for orientation, does, and gets told there. Real mature Panera. Thought we were past profiling and judging.

This place is ok, but not really the cleanest. And this is the first time that they got my order right.but I was very vocal about the order mishaps in the past and watched everything they did with my order.

Low blow on denying someone of a job because of a hair style. I hope more bad reviews get put on here, this isn't cool and shouldn't even be a thing in 2019. Come on people.

The food is good, service nice. Today's sandwich was a little sloppy made but that's not the usual case.

Well they will call you for an interview invite you to orientation and then tell you that you have to cut your dreads. What happened to hair nets?

How do you tell someone that they have to cut their natural hair. How do you tell a BLACK person that they have to cut their hair just because it doesn’t hold up to YOUR standards! A very racists company with a very bad agenda. Won’t ever be eating here again you have officially lost my respect and my money.

So, here we go again. We order something for delivery and, well, they forgot something. This is a common occurrence with this particular location. I should really learn my lesson. This location constantly screws up no matter if it is delivery, takeout, or ordering in person. It is a no win situation. On that note, I will boycotting Panera as a whole. Maybe I should have read the countless negative reviews first.

Fast service, high quality food & smoothie. Manager today was Ebony & she did an Outstanding job. This store should be the example to all other Panera’s!
