Cafe Panera Bread reviews
22Stopped only for the French Onion soup not sold many places where I live. Drive-thru service was fair. Staff was not familiar with items availavle nor prices. We wanted a larger portion to serve several but only ended up buying 2 small portions manybe a cup and some bread was told some came with the soup. The orders came out wrong we pay for extra we didn't get and the soup tasted bad.
We had chicken n wild rice soup. Not all panera do. Steak n arugala sandwich was nice. Love my Panera card for free pastry or percent off!
Good food. Good service. You can't go wrong with your choice. A little pricey for what you get, in my opinion. Definitely nice for an occasional change of pace or a treat, though.
Drive through experience: It was very slow, I got a salad with half the ingredients missing and no dressing. Very disappointing when I got home
Quick service in line. But the soup was half spilled by the time it got to me and the bread to my sandwich had a cinnamon crust even though it was not supposed to be.
Not sure if new management, but I've now had 3 awful orders in a row, with food missing, arriving cold and late. Employees have been generally rude to me when I inquired about the status, even going as far as outright lying to me. Would not recommend using this location.
They didn't listen about my mobile order so both of my free pastry coupons where used for one order
I ordered delivery for lunch at our office. They forgot our bread and utensils, but I called and they quickly brought them to us. They also included 4 fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for the mistake. I was super impressed with the service!
The place was nice and quiet. Staff was also friendly. Definitely a suitable place sit down and do some work.
I was really disappointed in no selection of actual dressings people eat. I was also surprised at the unusual flavor in the greens salad. My soup wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. I was using a gift card that was given to me by a friend. I won't be back very disappointed
They gave me a bagel that was completely burnt and inedible! How is that acceptable to give to a paying customer? They apologized and then toasted a bagel real quick and gave it to me basically cold. Not super impressed.
The prices here are way too expensive for just sandwiches and soup. The food is good and the service is good but the expenses way too much. They need to find a way to reduce their prices and keep the quality up
I have been to dozens of Panera Bread restaurants all over the country. They are generally my default "go to" restaurant when I travel because the food is healthy and the quality is usually pretty good.
Service varies wildly from one Panera to another but I can honestly now say that I have found the Panera with the WORST service. I felt like I was inconveniencing the young lady who begrudgingly took my order. I kept waiting for my order number to be called but it never was. I finally had to go to the delivery counter and ask if the one sitting there was mine. It was. The restaurant isn't that busy.
To me, this seems like a management problem. They should never allow their employees to have such a devil may care attitude toward serving the public.
I'm a frequent visitor to Panera. My family equates Panera with quality, healthy choices & reasonable prices. However during my recent visit, my order was incorrect & much more pricey than I expected. Also not the best customer service experience. Very disappointed.
Somewhat slow with preparing two sandwiches white very few customers were there; small dust ball on the counterpoint - might have been left by the previous customer. Food fresh and tasty.
Several years ago, one of the organizations with which I am involved had held its monthly meetings at the Panera at 880 W. Third Ave. That venue had been quite nice and I had been able to easily travel there and back via COTA.
That organization has now moved its meetings to the Panera at 300 W. Lane Ave.because that location has a meeting room that may be reserved by telephoning the manager.
However, it is far more difficult for me to travel to and from the 300 W. Lane Ave.location of Panera via COTA.
I periodically find myself waiting for a bus near the 880 W. Third Ave.location of Panera and wishing that that organization were still meeting there.
Great consistency, indoor dining space was not designed for all the growth and potential growth in the area.
I've ordered from them twice now and both times, the food was great! (they did forget to remove some food from my sandwich, but I simply raked it off. The delivery was slow, but that's typical and my delivery girl made up for it by being REALLY kind:) I will definitely be ordering from them again!
They never seem to have the inventory of what I want on Saturday morning and when that is explained to them oh, they laugh about it? !
Honestly this is probably my least favorite Panera because they always get our order wrong. We order office lunch here maybe once a month and they consistently omit items or prepare orders wrong. I will also note that this location has a drive thru so the workers are quite busy and maybe understaffed. However, their accuracy should be better. Becca did offer to have a driver deliver our missing items this time around which was very nice. However, I would not recommend this location. I think it is just too busy for them to manage well.
