17We showed up right before close (drive thru and didn't know ️) and the girl was still nice.they didn't have some stuff understandable. But she still got us our soups and was super nice about it
Their Pizza was good. The staff was helpful and polite. It took them some time to clean up after the pigs that where there to use the WiFi. As you can see from the picture they left garbage on the seat and floor.
Please people clean up after yourself!
My favorite breakfast sandwich is the avocado, egg white & spinach and the green passion smothie are a healthy, complete option if you are on your way to work
I love the new location. Nice a roomy. Drive thru is a nice added bonus. Food always hot and delicious. Haven’t been here where they were out of anything
Almost every Panera location will likely provide a better customer service experience and cleaner restaurant than the Voice of America Panera location.
Good Atmosphere. Food below average. Chicken sandwich pricy and cold, has no salad. Service unprofessional, I asked him to get the food hot he did nothing and said did you paid for the order? I replied yes. He said go to otherwise to pick it up!? May not come back.
I am a loyal Panera customer first off. Every single Saturday I visit the dent location. I've had a lot of issues lately the manager michelle took my drive thru order at 550 on Saturday morning. Very rudely stating that souffles of all flavors were sold out. This is before 6: 00 in the morning on a Saturday. I commented to her that it was 6: 00 in the morning and I didn't think it was right that they were out of souffles. A main breakfast item. She advised me again very matter of factly really quite frankly that people had ordered them days in advance and that they were all spoken for. I place an order the following morning at 3: 00 a.m. Hoping to get Panera souffle. I got my order and the manager approached the situation stating I took her advice and ordered ahead. She then said that I had threatened the day before to go to a different location, which I most certainly did to get what I wanted. I have been in customer service for a very long time and I know some coaching is needed before dear Michelle. Aaliyah on the other hand was a light in a dark place. Just smiling doing what she could do to get my breakfast together. A breath of fresh air. The definition of customer service Aaliyah made me feel as though I would want to return to the restaurant. I wish that Aaliyah was the manager and not Michelle. I will continue to return but it will absolutely not be on Michelle's behalf. She blamed the district manager for not sending enough souffles for her. I don't need to know that. I don't want to know that. She just wanted to fight first thing in the morning. I don't have people like that in my life. After reading the comments, others have had the same experience, huh? Today's visit was at 8: 05 am. Hopefully the training staff will address this issue with Michelle.
First time eating there, the drive thru staff was immediately rude for no reason, like they were mad to have to answer questions about the menu, even though nobody else was even in line behind us. I left and went to eat across the road. Won't come again.
Not sure if the front employee had a pulse; just pointed with no care of being of assistance. Flatbread pizza sauce was worse than school pizza sauce. Actually rinced with listerine after trying to choke it down. Crust was tough as nails. Nobody wants to just throw money in the trash. But that's what we ended up doing. Baguette was stale. Would rate a zero star if I could. The small saving grace was my cup of soup.
Normally I don't complain but lately the Panera Bread located in Dent on Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio has not gotten our order correct the last three times. So I wanted to let people know! 1st they never answer's the phone when you call to place order or to talk to a manager. Last night we order French onion soup (2) didnt taste right, (1) Asian seaman chicken salad with no Chicken in it. Called 6 time no answer. Panerai Bread I'm given you one more chance if it gets messed up than you lose a good customer!
For the past few visits I have tried to get the strawberry poppysead salad and they are out of one or more ingredients. This visit they were out of strawberries. Why does this keep happening?
The food is always great however I think the employees need a training session as to the hours of breakfast I just can’t understand at 9 AM why there is no soufflés to be purchased or to be made they were done selling them at 9 AM
I ordered and the website i ordered from got my address wrong and my order got canceled do to them not calling me till after that had already gotten to the wrong address I wanted my food and THEY CANCELED my order the cafe didn't pick up and the support area is not answering either this is my first time ordering from Panera and its not a good one. I give them no stars but thats not an option to be posted
Ordered for pickup. They put the wrong soup in my bread bowl and gave my wife a cup of soup instead of a bowl and charged for a bowl. Also zero silverware or napkins. Why is this so difficult….
The girls behind the pickup counter are RUDE, learn how to train your employees because they have terrible customer service.
They charge 1.49 plus tax for a piece of baguette that was smaller than the palm of my hand, and I don't even have big hands! And it was HARD! What a rip off
Not sure what’s going on at this location. Went through the drive thru today at 1230pm and was told to wait 10 minutes due to short staffing/busy… waited the 10 minutes to be told the drive thru was now closed and I had to come in if I wanted to order. Once inside I’m told they are out of fruit for their seasonal salads. What a waste of 25 minutes of my life. Get it together management.
