Panera Bread, Mason OH

Rip off. $13 for this salad which they were out of a lot of topping yet they still charged the same for half the salad. You try to sub toppings and they up-charge you for those subs despite not having topping for the original salad. Overrated at this point. You’re better off going somewhere else than wasting money at this “fast casual” place that charges as if they’re an upscale sit down restaurant.

It’s nice. Food was decent. Although the service isn’t incredible. The Atmosphere was excellent. The issue is, they waste a TON of food. Inside their Dumpster, is 100s of baguettes, and bagels. 4 stars.

The manager was extremely friendly & greeted all the guests in the dining room. I was highly impressed.

This is consistently the worst Panera, we only visit if we have too. Yesterday ordered a dozen and a half bagels and a cup of cold brew to go. At the restaurant they tell me they are out of cold brew and I ask for a refund and its this complicated thing to email their bosses and wait for a response and then hopefully get a refund. If you don’t have it why is it available to order? The simplest order should have been a dozen and a half bagels; we get home to open the bag and there is 14 bagels in the bag, 4 short of whats ordered and 3 short of what they are needed for.

Very friendly very nice felt very welcomed and comfortable here and its just a beautiful location!

Ordered the Pick 2. Not sure when they changed it but it used to be 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. Now you get this giant sandwich and cup of soup. Super expensive for 3 people. Disappointed and probably won't come back.

I paid 12 bucks for a bowl that was half filled. Really Panera? I have ordered this several times and got to say I won't again if this is how you are giving portions now. In the picture I hadn't even taken a bite.

THEY GAVE ME ALL THE WRONG FOOD EXTRA THINGS VERY BAD SERVICE ADDED THINGS TO OUR ORDER AND DID NOT PUT THINGS ON DIFFERENT SANDWICHES A MUST NOT GO TO AT LEAST NOT THIS ONE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE NEVER GO AGAIN

Lots of seating and many selections of different food to choose from. Service is fast. They also have Take 2 selection where you can mix and match your choice of food. Value for money.

The cashier was nice when taking my order but the other workers were rude. I ordered the Mac and cheese I usually get here and it was chunky and they only gave me about half of what they usually do. The worker putting it on a plate took the metal fork off of my plate and gave me a plastic one saying she didn't want to have to wash more silverware. Very disappointed in this visit.

Expected atmosphere. Food was UN-expectedly horrible. Worst Panera food or restaurant food Ive had in awhile. NOT AT ALL what I remember from this place. The SERVICE however, is nice. Greg was nice, attentive and considerate.handled anything I had like a champ. Austin, cool, genuine, seemed down to earth. Staff nice attitudes, positive people. So, the people and service are great.but by far the worst tasting food. Thanks to greg and Autsin for service tho!

Messed up my sandwich. Put mayonnaise on. Yuck.

I love a good breakfast in the morning, but I had to stop by my local Panera Bread to grab an orange cranberry muffin and a Fiji salad with two sides of Cesar dressing and, of course, orange juice! My experience was fantastic—excellent customer service, clean and warm, welcoming environment. I will definitely recommend this location. Thanks, Panera!

Extremely Underwhelming!
Slow service and a long wait to get extremely overpriced, less than mediocre food. Staff was friendly.
