It's getting better, but some evenings are still rough (food/service). Mornings are great!

Panera this is an epic failed! I had went up to Panera one more and order two breakfast sandwiches- the lady at window was spectacular but my sandwiches oh my sandwiches were not good looking or appetizing! I’m not understanding, Panera’s customer service use to be on point- it’s suppose to be a family (functional) environment. Now it’s just about the money and not the quality. That black thing in the picture was suppose to avocado! Didn’t even take the time or just didn’t care! It was like this on both sandwiches

Please note: I've been to this location 4-5 times and this is the final time. It's horrible

This place is always incredibly slow and not very clean (it has a weird smell).

But worst of all, my food has always been sub-par. The sandwich has 1 strip of bacon or 1 slice of avocado. OR like this last time, I ordered a WHOLE Mediterranean bowl with chicken (which I specified when ordering and receiving the food), and the amount of food I received would barely fill a soup cup. In fact, I did order a cup of soup and was glad I did as I had more soup than Mediterranean bowl. There was also 3 small slices of chicken on the bowl - like 1 inch by. 5 inch slices each. I've tried to call and complain, but no one really listens or they give you the run around.

This is often the easiest place for a friend of mine to eat because it's in the middle of us both, but we decided we'll find someplace else next time.

Just stay away, go to the BBQ or Chiptole place next store, the Buffalo wings place nearby, or the even better the Mexican place just slightly north.

Sha’mere looked at us as we entered, no hello, can I help you, welcome to Panera.
She seemed put out that we were bothering her. I saw a sign for teriyaki chicken & broccoli bowl and ordered it. She replied, “we don’t have it” while deciding what else to get, she stared at me like I was taking up her time to order.
Once ordered, my wife waited by the counter for pickup. Someone came over, dropped the food on the counter and walked away. My wife asked if that was our order, and again we got that look like we were wasting there time. Shame on the manager for letting this great place be run into the ground. We won’t be back, will go to another Panera for another try but not Brentwood location.

In all fairness the lady was by herself on a Sunday morning, but then got help from the manager that was sitting at a table doing paperwork while 4 people were in line, while your employee tries to make hot sandwiches.and to top it off you gave our order away, but said we already got it, nope haven't sat down yet.

Reminds me of the yuppie restaurants in California, screw taste, flavor, texture of the food just try to make it healthy! Don't even mention rude servers.oops I guest I did.

Pretty rough Panera overall.
The dining room felt cluttered and small, the service was poor, and the company who owns this franchise clearly doesn't care.
An email was required for wifi, and they try to charge for the cane sugar syrup.

This store is a train wreck. It's chronically understaffed and is dirty. I placed an order online bc I had a gift card. After getting the text my order was ready I went in to pick it up. It hadn't been prepared yet and I waited in line for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The person working helped people who came in the door before asking me what I needed. I cancelled my order and will not return.

Went through drive thru, verbally confirming they had a baker's dozen (13) of cinnamon bagels before ordering. Paid at the window and received a box of bagels and it looked light. We parked and counter and found only 11. Went inside to correct this and they had no more cinnamon bagels. So not only did they not have what we confirmed ahead of time, but they just shorted us? They ultimately gave us two other bagels. But why not be upfront when asking if they have enough or when giving us the bagels? Did they think we wouldn't notice 15% of our order missing? !

The food was OK. Seems to not have much meat on the sandwich and the Avacado on the sandwich was bad. The person taking the order wasn’t too sure about things. Didn’t get pickles even tho the sandwich should come with it.

Due to music playing and people talking, she could not understand me saying "Greg" even when I spelled it. The entire restaurant from table to restroom, carpet.everything was very dirty. I cleaned and dried the table and seating in the booth I chose and one more. I guess to prove that it could be done. Order was quickly ready, but Frontega Chicken, supposedly pressed in the double sided paying grill thing, was ice cold. I guess they had some "pre-toasted" pieces of cold flat bread sitting around. They said "sliced apple" but it was just a little bitty whole apple. I remember this location on Winton Rd being dirty and very slow years ago, but gave them another try. I won't go back. Oh, and I had tipped them a dollar at the register. Thought about asking for it back. There really should be a "0" rating, because giving a "1" actually does contribute to a positive score. There are quite a few reviewers that give everything a "5" but the most recent "5" I see here did not enter the store, as it was a drive through order.

Food was average and overpriced. We walked in to a employee staring at the register. No greeting. We ordered and sat down. We happened to notice there were 3 kids in the back portion of the dining room. Two were teens and one younger. They were running through the restaurant and outdoors the entire time we were there. And we were there far too long due to not receiving out food for 25 minutes after ordering. It appears these 3 were either an employees kids or the managers kids being allowed to hang around while this person worked. Not good for business.
This hindered the atmosphere. Food taking 25 minutes was far to long when there was only one other person on the dining room. And as mentioned, cost was far too high for the quantity and quality of food.

Needless to say we will not be visiting this Panera again.

It’s the worst Panera Bread where we ever have been. The meat in sandwiches had a very bed smell. Soup was really not tasty as like water was added in. It was first time we tried Smoothies diluted with a lot of water.
Really this is the terrible place.

Unfortunately, a waste of my time and money. The food I was given was prepared in such a rough manner. I was not comfortable eating it, or feeding it to my children. This location has gone downhill time to clean house.
