Panera Bread, Massillon OH

I recently went to this location that near my home. I’m really disappointed in the organization the cashier will be taking orders with a full line then yanked away from the customer to do something else leaving everyone waiting. Then they take all the online order that come in even if you’ve already placed your order in and they jump over yours or forget about yours. I stood there waiting 40 mins my food was cold and wrong I didn’t even bother complaining because I didn’t want to wait another 40 mins. Management needs talking to or they need new management.

Got food poisoning from the turkey bravo and mac and cheese… been eating panera for years, never ever got sick! First time eating from this location. Also, keep in mind, I haven’t thrown up since I was in high school and I just graduated from college. Called the restaurant after I got done puking and using the bathroom since 3am, and all she said was “nobody else has called about this, thank you for letting us know” lets just say I am staying away from panera for awhile but if I do eat it again NEVER AGAIN from this location!

Ordered the chicken Baja bowl. Got 2 slivers of chicken. This Panera gets something wrong every order. Sad.

I ordered 4 bagels and a tub of cream cheese and when i got home there was no cream cheese so we couldnt eat the bagels and when i called and asked for replacement for bagels and cream cheese since i just wasted money on bagels that no one will eat without the cream cheese they said no.they just wanna give me another cream cheese next time.well what if i dont want bagels next time, what about the money.i just paid for the bagels that we cant eat? Their prices are getting ridiculous and now their customer service sucks too. AND i ordered a whole sandwich and only got half but im not even calling them back i just wont go back

I received a gift card for them. I never really think about going there to eat. It's a little price for me.

Asked for a bagel, got a breadbowl.not rlly the same thing, soup alrdy had soggy crutons in it.

First time going in there today and I was already confused by the layout idea. Why are half the drinks in the front if the building then the rest are in the back? I went to go grab my pick up order and they didn’t pack all my stuff, so I went to the counter and waited about 3-5 minutes for the manager to finally come out. She gave me the rest of my stuff and as I was asking her a question she walked away from me. If you want a better business you should have an employee in the front at all times no matter what you are doing, and have better manners honestly.

Quick service. Lots of fruit in my Strawberry Poppyseed salad. Wife's Asian salad was overdressed and a bit tart for her taste. Baguettes were warm and wonderful.

While Panera has seriously lagged in my opinion in recent years, in the areas of cleanliness, food quality and cost, this is still a decent location.

$10 for their new chicken tiki soup (see below). Hardly any chicken, hardly any soup. Panera has lost all my respect and my business. Never again

Good food everytime but unfortunately whoever is working the kitchen recently has duped me twice now. I pay for 2 Mac&cheese’s and 2 extra baguettes at the front register every single time I go, when my order is called at the back twice now I don’t have my extra bread and I am told it wasn’t charged on when I can clearly see I was in-fact charged for it. First time was whatever but the same girl did it again to us today. My wife and I are disappointed to say the least. Before this has happened I would give 5 stars forsure.

I ordered a bacon turkey bravo with only bacon turkey American cheese and mayo. All I got was turkey and cheese. I waited long for just a sandwich while the girl making it wad talking to other employees.

Friendliest panera I've visited! Never have to wait long at all considering how busy this location always is. This location is clean too and the self serve coffee area was spotless and well stocked.

Soups were great as usual!
Tried the chicken sandwiches and they were very disappointing. Burger King serves a better chicken sandwich. These are frozen chicken breast pieces, thawed and slapped in a bun! Stay away from the sandwiches.nothing to boast about!
