Papa John's Pizza reviews
92nd time I've come in for carryout and I'm told "in the oven, 3-4 minutes" 10 minutes later I ask for status and it's been on carryout rack ready to go, someone needs to pay attention and provide some customer service
Could barely understand what they where saying and thin think i will pay $25 bucks for a large one topping pizza and breadsticks for pick up lol
My Cousin ordered and purchased a pizza online. She got to the restaurant and they refused to give her the pizza or refund her money. When she complained, they sent cops to her house for trespassing. To this day, they've yet to even return her money. Definitely a piss poor location!
The employees at this Store do not know how to properly communicate with people, with mental health disabilies. When speaking with a person with mental health disabilities, the employee viewed this as a practical Joke. When informed this customer had a mental health disability, the employee stated "I don't have time for this" and hung up the phone.
Communicating with people with Mental Illness is something management need to consider educating their employees on.
I order pizza and breadsticks and we couldn’t even eat our food cause it was not made right. I try calling and they did not answer the phone. I will most definitely not order from them no more. They just lost a loyal customer.
App said our pizza was delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. I called the store to ask where it was, turns out it was just now leaving the store. The tone in this man's voice as he said that it wasn't his fault that the app wasn't working, was enough to infuriate me. A polite response would have sufficed, because I wasn't upset and we live less than a mile a way. I was just worried my pizza was hiding in the snow somewhere.
Ordered twice from them “well done” pizzas and both times they were not even close to done. When you tried to pick it up it caved in and all the ingredients fell off because it was so underdone. Had to put it in the oven but that hardly helped.
Waited over an hour for food, I called to see why and after being on hold for quite a while I got hung up on, when I called back and explained I had been waiting and was hung up on I was met with a rude female “manager” who said I wasn’t hung up on (has witnesses) then she got condescending and refused to disclose her name for a complaint and hung on me as well, this is NO way to conduct a business, as a manager you do not speak to customers this way!
