Papa Johns Pizza

The food is good, the menu is varied, but I disagree with your "delivery service charge" of 4.99. It is way too high and Papa John's does not explain why we are charged this fee along with what this fee covers.

We had an issue with an order a while back. The sauce had been pushed to close to the heating rack and fermented. My husband is a recovering alcoholic, I called to let the store know to see if they would pull the sauce before it was served to anyone else. Unfortunately I talked to an employee who insisted they didn't serve bad food. A manager overheard her talking about it and decided to check for herself and tossed the entire set because they were bad. We received emails and phone calls apologizing were offered free food and were told the employee would be talked to about how she handled the situation. My husband decided to try it again tonight. I placed an order for a small pizza, breadsticks and some wings incase he couldn't stomach the sauce. At which point I was informed that they had placed a mini fridge to store the sauce in so it wouldn't happen again. They also upgraded our order. We will now be lifetime customers because we were listened to and they fixed an issue that could have caused issues to other people. I am so proud of the management and how they handled the situation. Accidents happen but how you fix it means everything. Thank you for listening and fixing the problem.

Tried to order got 3 different quoted increased prices on same size same topping pizza.
Clerk was kind of rude and annoyed maybe they were stretched thin and super busy.
So I decided I shouldn't add to bother they were experiencing so I declined order and discontinued call.
Called Uppercrust Pizza instead.

Called in my order was told where to go went there they did not have my pizza I had to order it all over again and pay for it twice. This is one hell of a racket Papa John’s has. I will not be coming here again.

Not sure why all the negative reviews but I always have a great experience. Order on the app for pick up ready in 10 to 15 mins pick it up at drive thru. Complaining about things the location can't control needs to go through corporate not the specific store.

Fast and friendly staff. I'm not a fan of the pizza though. But a lot of people are. Make your own decision.

This is the best Papa John's I've ever ordered from. Every pizza was delicious. The crew is really great!

I have always gotten pizza from Papa John's at this location. But it has went way down hill. I got a pizza last night showed up when they said and still had to wait. And on top of it the pizza was cut into 2 large pieces and the rest tiny pieces parts. Just uncalled for a two year old could have done better

My wife wanted to try the new York style the have been advertising. Nothing has changed there. Their crust is still like shoe leather. You would have a hard time folding that stuff. So much for that experiment.

I just drove past and saw 3 employees standing against the front door smoking cigarettes. It wouldn't have been so bad if there hadn't been one female (while smoking) coughing up phlegm and spitting it right there in front of the door. These are the folks handling your food.

Got told they have a 6 mile delivery radius, and I live less than 1.5 miles from the store. But somehow, I'm not in their delivery area. I wish I could give zero stars. When we went to pick our pizza up, we tried the door and thr guy inside putting pizzas into the containers to keep them supposedly warm, got a disgusted look on his face and yelled "Go to the damned drive-thru! "

Loved these pizzas. Don’t know why they changed everything! Now thin crust and hardly any sauce! Finding a new place to get my pizza!

My order has been out for delivery for over an hour I called and they asked my address. And when I gave it to them I got disconnected I ordered from there many times I don't know what the problem is with delivery why couldn't you find my house or whatever when y'all deliver here at least 2x a week

Alright I usually get great service from this place but I'm absolutely livid, ordered a single pizza a hour ago, had my friend call to check the status of the order and he got hung up on, so I had to call and they said they turned around for some reason and when they get to the store they'll ask what happened, I'm just now getting my food and it's cold and I don't think I'll be ordering from y'all again
Edit: Also they offered me a credit but not even a remake like you best believe I'm calling the store in the morning

This Shaqaroni pizza was trash. And 8 wings for 9 dollars for these tiny wing dings are the worst. They remind me of wings you can purchase from Aldi already cooked and just reheat in the oven same sauce and all. The pizza was not the normal papa Johns that I remember from back in the day.
