Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered in The beginning of February and haven’t ordered since. Was worst pizza experience ever. They completely forgot my order even after ordering multiple times then after hours the manager was so rude said she wouldn’t discount the food and that I’d still have to pay full price and wait. I told her forget it my family is hungry now. I tried leaving a review on the actually email they sent me but then it glitched and didn’t post my review. I will not eat here unless I get a free pizza or even 50% off.

It’s hit or miss here.
The delivery drivers are beautiful and deserve tips
But management has always been in question for me
Sometimes I’d have to call over and over because an order was wrong or an order went through without my card info and I obv can’t pay cash when I’m paying card. I literally can’t express how much I hesitate to order from here. But I want to, AGAIN, expresss the deliver drivers deservance of tips and kindness

I was given the wrong pizza. I was supposed to have a pepp cheese stuffed crust and managed to get a pepp and sausage.no big deal right? I called and was on hold for 20 mins and no one picked up. I know there were atleast 6 people in there when I picked up the pizza. I should have checked but I wouldn't have known there was no cheese in the crust until I ripped it open. Thanks for refusing to answer the phone.

Usually we like the pizza but tonight was not a good experience unfortunately. We would not return based on service or quality. Disappointing.

It never fails, everytime I order from them my food is always 30-60 minutes later than the expected time given, by the time I get the food it's cold and half the time I don't even receive the correct order. I understand they were going through different management but this is so unprofessional.

Actually horrible. Every single time I order from here something is wrong or missing. Last time I had an estimated wait of 45 minutes and I waited nearly 2 hours. The past 3 orders I called to speak to anyone at the store location and it just rings endlessly I waited 4 hours with my phone on speaker on multiple occasions before giving up. Order extra pepperoni I get same amount as a regular. I ordered 1 pizza and I paid 32 dollars to have it sent to me cold and left outside in the rain not next to my door. I will NEVER order from here again. This establishment is horrible.

Delivery took 1.5hrs, after I talk to the order lady she mention 30 to 45 min turns out they are always out of drivers and waiting time is longer than it should WORST PLACE EVER! I will order from Somewhere else from now on.

Me and a group of friends ordered for take out and it was probably the worst experience of my life. There were two girls working, one of them had hickies all over her neck and was blunt and rude. I was told we could pick up in 24 min and they weren't ready at all.had to stand there for 15-20 min when I was told 5 min. I will absolutely never return!

Every time I place an order for delivery it says 54-60 minutes and it’s always WAY OVER an hour before I get my food. Also every time I try to call to speak with a manager no one ever answers the phone. Do better.

I love the pizza and the BBQ wing's with the Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce. I also love the spicy garlic butter sauce for the pizza, as well.

00000 all the way across the board! For starters you call and a person more than likely from a different country answers they can hardly speak English. Your order is then sent to the Paph John's this isn't even the store your calling they tell you 20 min pickup. You go pick it up it hasn't even been started and they tell you 40 minutes. Then you call and try and cancel it and the same Answeing line picks up and says you have to cancel through the store. They send you to the store directly and guess what after 3 attempts calling ringing well over 20 times each time no one picks up at the store. A third party answering service that sends your order to the store! We waited an hour to pick up a pizza. I will never order from Pap John's ever again

Under new management since she has taken over pizza's have tasted way better. They try their hardest to make sure all the food is sent out great looking.

Zero stars. One of the employees told the woman in front of me "I don't know how long it will be. I just got here and I'm not even supposed to be here". Very unprofessional people. After it became evident that no one was ever going to acknowledge me after standing there a while, I walked out. Never going back to this location. Their free pizza vouchers for when they screw up paid orders (which is very often) aren't even worth it.

It was honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life! I don't understand these negative comments, honestly open a pizzeria and make it better, in my opinion one of the best I've ever tried in my life!

Ordered pizza through Doordash. Also got breadsticks and 4 cheese sauces. Opened up the box, and that's what I got. I wouldn't care had I ordered 1. When you order 4, that's something you can't forget.

The night closing manager on May 27;2022 I don't know your name but you were amazing. We made an error on our online order.no fault of Papa John employees.just us. She helped us correct it got our food out the door. She didn't have to help us.but she did. Thank you so much. Food was delicious!

Ordered online. Said they would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there, they said they need 40 more minutes at least, because they're short staffed, and the online time is not accurate. I went somewhere else. They refunded me.

I waited 45 mins for a pick up order (supposed to be 14 mins) and while I was waiting 2 people that didn't work there came in went behind the counter and touched people pizza then went back out to make out with the delivery guy. There was another employee sitting on the floor texting then got up and started touching people's food without washing his hands. The whole process was disgusting. So unprofessional. It took forever and they didn’t even get it right. Do not get food from here.

This is the slowest most frustrating store to deal with. Unless I have nothing better to do than wait for cold sloppy pizza I'd rather just not eat. I went in once and the kid hopped up on the counter without greeting me or asking if he could help until another employee prompted him to. Apparently using his phone was more important than doing his job. If you call the person I think was the manager was rude and short about me asking if my order was on the way because it was and hour and a half later then the estimated delivery time. Not once, but several times. I've quit going to this location.

Was moving things into my new apartment and ordered a pizza from Papa John's. I called to order and apparently they outsource their phone orders. I placed the order at 8: 31 with a woman who had an Indian accent and could barely understand her and her phone kept breaking up. I waited for over an hour, tried calling back to see what the delay was and the phone rang and rang then would disconnect. I'm hungry, my daughter is starving, so we left and stopped at Burger King on our way back to the old apartment. At 11: 00 I get a call from the delivery driver saying he's at my place.
