Papa Johns Pizza

I dig Papa John's, I may be a little partial but they actually fix a couple things better than I do.

3rd time I ordered here in the same amount of years because the employees obviously have no regard for their work. This time, only the size was right. No extra cheese (charged for), no square cut, had to put it in the oven to finish it (asked for well done and the dough was still raw on top). I even tipped $4 cash upon pickup but didn't look inside my box to see if it was right because of the tape. I'm never ordering from this location again.

Rude employees overall. What do you expect from a low-grade franchise that hires people to fill in the spots and zero interaction with customer skills.

Ordered here for years put in a delivery order and gave a 20% tip. Delivery driver left food on my porch in the rain and didn’t even bother knocking or notifying food was delivered. By the time a realized it was here food had been sitting on my porch for over 20 mins. They don’t care, they can’t even be bothered to have basic decency when I could of been an a-hole and tipped nothing

How is it that I get the extra large New York Pizza ask for extra pepperoni and extra cheese and don't get either? Not only that the drivers can't read instructions on to ring doorbells instead of knocking on the door now I have a crying kid because they knocked on the door and scared him. And if this is what y'all consider extra this entire order was not worth $30.

Never answers phones. Had two terribl delivery’s got a store credit and for two weeks nobody answers the phones.

I've been a customer of this location for over 15 years and this is the first time I've had an issue but they refuse to make it right. Both of my pizzas were missing toppings which included sauce and cheese. Parts of the pizza we're just dough. I spoke with the rude manager on duty and she said she would give me a refund but that never happened. She also never apologized and just seemed like it was somehow my fault. I also put in a message for the general manager to contact me and it is now been almost a week without a phone call. A big waste of over $40. Better off getting pizza from a local owned place that wants to keep their customer satisfied.

The dough makes the pizza and theirs is outstanding! Crunchy pepperoni and gooey cheese.perfection! The app wasn't quite in time with reality and my delivery took much longer than expected but my pizza was still hot so that was a major save!

When you call to place an order you have to talk to someone from a call center in a foreign country and try to understand their broken English and it is not a pleasant experience.

Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. They wouldn’t let me check my pizza leaving the store something about that quality sticker. Went home, order was wrong and burnt.
