Papa Johns Pizza

This is my favorite pizza place so it really is sad that I have to say this, the management here is not good at all. Anyone who has ever worked in the service industry knows that management is always responsible if anyone calls off, is it their own job to find a cover. There is a sign posted where customers can see and it says something along the lines of “anyone calling off for their own shift needs to secure their own replacement with manager approval” this seems like such irresponsibility and laziness on the managers behalf. Please do better and treat your team with dignity and respect before the only good pizza place left turns into another disaster.

I called the store to order. I get transfered to a call center. Then I get told online ordering is unavailable. I am sick of all of these pizza shops using call centers. PAPA JOHNS YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER.

The manager tonight messed my food up and replaced it no issues the driver was respectful no complaints and they delivered it no extra fees I highly recommend papa johns on state road in the falls for a pizza place thanks guys keep up the good work

They refunded my money when I got the wrong pizza delivered but what I really wanted was the right pizza. W/e

EDIT: Removed another star.ordered a pizza and a pizza bowl.the kids said their pizza was fine, but my pizza-bowl was cold, had less contents in it than normal, and it was soggy - I wanted a pizza bowl, not an order of V8 soup.anyway, will probably continue to get pizza from there, but definitely not pizza-bowls or wings.

Normally pretty good, but today my pizza was cold and soggy, and the wing flavor was wrong, so now not everyone can eat the wings. Kinda bummed. Look how small

I ordered a XL New York pizza with additional toppings and spent over $31.00 and the pizza was cold and over cooked. I'm so disappointed with the management and the delivery. Beware I tried to get help with this situation and no one was able to help me. I'm going to continue to share this story until something is done to correct the problem.

Highly recommend you DO NOT place orders for a later pick up time through the app.

We have done this 3 times at this specific location… scheduling a pick up based on our itinerary to pick up after errands on our way home. All 3x it is as though the pizzas were cooked when the order came thru with no regard to the “scheduled time” and left to sit under the heating lamp.

Last nights order will be the last one ordered from this location - as other papa johns locations we’ve used have not been this way.

Attempted to call and speak with the manager to be told I needed to hold and then hung up on.

Order organically. They shine when you don't order like a lame ferret. Wings are killer. Definitely underrated. The staff has always been friendly. Your best experience here will be takeout.

Late night pick-up, they charge extra for sausage on the Papadias. Ok, I get it, but if you are going to charge extra for topping, put more than 3 pieces on it next time.

Absolutely terrible location. Management is horrible and condescending. The way they speak to their employees and customers was shocking. I don't leave many bad reviews but I needed to warn people. Do not spend your money here.

I have a mixed review on this one. I'm just not a fan of Papa John's Pizza. I've always disliked corn dusted flat dough. But in recent years they have made some changes for the better. I am a big fan of Papadias. Other than that, I can do without the flat cardboard pizza and overly dried crust.

The delivery driver was awesome! The pizza was ok BUT the jalapeno bites were made with mozzarella cheese when they used to be made with cream cheese. These are disgusting now. All these restaurants keep changing all of good stuff on their menus. Honestly won't be ordering again.

Horrible customer service from management. Drive the extra couple miles if you're set on Papa John's.

Most of Papa John's food comes barely cooked. Even having the choice of well done.pizza still mushy and wings chewy. Why order from there if I have to bake in the oven when I get my food. Do not recommend.
