Papa John's Pizza

I've ordered from this location a total of 3 times during April plus May's stay at home order. I just want to thank the employees there who worked during this pandemic and made our orders well prepared and delivered it with excellence. Thank you!

We travel a lot and have ordered from several papa johns while being on the road.this is by far the worst one yet! We ordered online like we always do.took almost 45 minutes for delivery and they didn't even get our order right. My husband ordered a philly cheese steak papadia and never got his pepper. We ordered two Pepsi's and a mt dew; they only delivered one of each. I specifically said no onions on my chicken bacon papadia because I'm highly allergic to onions.first bite, a mouthful of onion. Apparently they don't ever read specific instructions on their online orders plus food was cold and super greasy, we will never order from this location ever again.

Got an xl 1 topping paid for extra meat.it look normal to me.shame it was good but I definitely got cheated on the extra sausage. Spent 25 bucks and change not including the driver tip.for a what I feel was normal topping not extra topping.

I ordered online n paid as well. I get a call after a hour had passed asking if I still even wanted my pizza n if I did it would be another hour. I was like I already paid so obviously.even if I said no I wouldn't get my money till next week since it Friday and a holiday weekend.the pizza shows up 2 hours after ordering. This will be the first and last time I ever order from here. I should have read these reviews before ordering.absolutely poor customer service all the way around!

Ordered using the app. Pizzas were here in about 35 minutes. Hot and delicious. The delivery guy was very friendly. I will order from them again. This was on a Friday night by the way.

Clean, nice, clean people- for me that blows other pizza joints away.got a medium works pizza_ yummy! And i know everyone is washing there hands, i seen it

Waited an hour for a delivery which is to be expected however, we received an email saying it was on its and it never came. We eventually received an email 15 minutes before they closed saying the order was cancelled, but we don’t know why because we tried calling them multiple times and no one ever answered.

Heat everyone else’s warnings about how unprofessional and terribly this place is running waited for somebody to answer the phone just ringing ringing ringing for four minutes then when they answer the immediately put me back on hold for an additional eight minutes no apologies for 12 minute wait just to put in my order no nothing except a sarcastic attitude because I asked her how come I had to wait so long

On my way home from work thought I would call make a quick order be ready by the time I got there took them over 13 minutes to answer the phone they gave me enough time to drive from work Sharonville down 75 get off at the Monroe exit and just decided 2 stop at Dominos and order a pizza then when I was exiting Domino's they finally answered what great customer service

We attempted to order from you because you’re close location directed us to you and they said the Middletown location was where we needed. Come on. We just ordered from a reliable source.:)

Great tasting pizza. Not burnt
But.bad customer service guess that will happen when you aren't getting paid $20.00 a hour like myself!

I know better than to order from here! Tonight my kids begged and we got no toppings on our pizzas! That sure charged us for them though!

It just rings and rings and rings. (=_=)

Edit: They've since improved the phone situation, thank God! You can now pick up the phone and talk to an actual human being (bonus: they're actually courteous, like you'd expect most service industry people would be).

This place is awful not only did the driver get smart with me when I told my husband to make sure we got everything,
The wings barely any sauce on them, and they forgot our cheese sauce even after I called them, we had stopped ordering from them thought I would give them another chance sorry I did. Also pizza was cold. And they don't answere the phone

I have been ordering from this Papa John's for about 2 years, and they have really gone downhill. The past few times, my pizza was smashed inside the box after delivery. The pizzas are usually undercooked.

Can't even give them one star because they won't answer the phone! Have tried calling for 30 minutes at 8: 00 on a Tuesday night. No answer!

Very dissatisfied. They wouldn't deliver a pizza because they were short handed. I don't think that is my problem but it could be a leadership problem.

This the worst papa john's ever. They NEVER pick up the phone. Seriously? What business doesn't pick up their phones to attend their customers? Middletown has too many trashy people working in food chains because they also have the worst McDonald's ever across the street. SMH

We called at 11: 30. No answer twice. That is crazy. Guess they need no business. That is freaking nuts. Why don't they answer the phone. That is so wrong.
