The ladies there are very unpleasant they are very unhappy negative faces not helpful and always on their phones

Went to the drive thru an sat for 10 minutes waiting on service, I rang the bell they looked over at me and then continued to talk amongst themselves. Very rude an unprofessional. A drive thru Is suppose to be for quick services.

Pappy's is beyond amazing. The burgers taste Like a back yard grill party even in December

We just moved here and was trying to find a decent pizza place this was the best pizza and subs I've tasted so far really delicious and the prices was good

Worst Pizza & sub I've ever had. Tasted like the worst frozen store bought pizza with a few toppings. The Italian sub hardly had anything on it and spicy. First time we have thrown a pizza in the trash

I ordered a simple pepperoni and cheese pizza. Overall great pizza. The cheese and sauce they put on their pizza is great quality stuff. Pizza is my all time favorite food and I can confidently say that if you like a pepperoni and cheese pizza, you need to visit Pappys pizza in Urbana Ohio. You won’t be disappointed.

We were just passing through, but glad we stopped. It's a small, no frills shop, but has DELICIOUS perfectly cooked food and friendly staff. It's a hidden gem!

Pappy and company love to root around on the floor. Good skill and top notch floor root speed. My dog was a lil shy at first but quickly adapted.

The food is always great.employees very friendly.one issue I have is wait time, the last couple orders I have placed on weekend, was told 25 min each time the one time I had to park and wait an additional 20-25 min.

Good food. Bad service. We ordered lunch and they waited until my husband was there, to pick up our food, to tell him that they couldn't make his sandwich. They lied about calling to let him know. We like to support local businesses, but we don't deal with people who are disrespectful.

Very well manored staff always polite and they try to be fast they stay very busy and even though they go thru different employess they still have wonderful service we get their pizza all the time its one of the best in are little rown u cna order it cold so u can bake it later they also have the best club sub.very good place to get little things and a good pizza or sub and chicken wings walking tacos b

Best food in town at a good price, never had a bad experience. Love the pizza sub. 7" pizza lunch special!
