Rachel was on top of her game in providing Military for flag ceremony and Twenty one gun salute. Our fathers passing was handled professionally and last minute preparations were all accomplished successfully! It is a pleasure to work with her and her “Can Do” attitude!

Making a "cold call" to funeral homes after my mother unexpectedly passed away was the single most hardest thing I have ever had to do in my entire life. I called a different funeral home first and was met with abrasive questioning and ended that call promptly. When I called Paquelet, I was met with a gentle voice who expressed GENUINE remorse and support. I immediately felt like they were going to take good care of me, and more importantly, of my mom. From the initial contact, they only improved. Rachel Barker was our assigned funeral director and she was a gift to us. She was kind, nurturing, understanding, empathetic, patient, and so many more wonderful things. She was available to us at all hours of the day, including weekends, and communicated via text for our convenience. Rachel wrote the most beautiful obituary, one which I couldn't have dreamed up. During the funeral services, she was such a pillar of strength and comfort and guidance truly helping my sister and I manage hundreds of people. Rachel has a presence of serenity that you will need during this nightmare of death. During the worst moments of my life, Paquelet and Rachel Barker were so incredible to us, I will never forget them. I will shout from the rooftops my recommendation of their services. Rachel Barker is a true asset to Paquelet Funeral Home. I feel like she shared in my grief while still providing true professionalism. Rachel is a calm presence during such a mind boggling process. It's not often that we meet someone who cares about her employer and customer equally.

Our 82 year old mother passed away unexpectedly on October 8th.
Rachel Barker~ Funeral Director was at our side every step of the way. Rachel treated our family like her family. She provided our family with the utmost compassion and security. Chris Breda at Paquelet in Massillon, OH gave exceptional service. Planning a funeral from a different state can be a daunting task. Chris made sure that I had everything I needed to make the best decision for the home going for my loved one. He was caring, respectful, thorough and a true pleasure to work with. I thank him for all his hard work in helping us through this time.

Our family had the pleasure of working with Rachel from the planning stage of our dad's funeral to the day of the service. She was a pleasure to work with during such an important time in our lives.
