Paradrome Properties, Cincinnati OH

I was with Paradrome Square for a year, and it was a very nice apartment. The family who owns the company was very responsive except when it came to fixing my stove, when I really needed a new one. However, when I was injured and couldn't care for my dog, they even helped me out, and they forwarded my mail when I was out of town. I would definitely recommend them to anyone renting in Cincinnati.

I HAVE BEEN 3 YEARS WITH THEM, AND LOVE IT, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM THEY WILL FIX RIGHT AWAY, RENT IS CHEAPER COMPARE TO OTHER PLACES AND THEIR PLACES ARE NICE

I lived at Madison Court through Paradrome through 2015 and I really, really love living here. The landlord, Missy, is prompt and friendly with any tiny little issue that came up. Fast response from maintenance is another plus. I wish that the units had A/C (summer was pretty hot) and parking is pretty limited, but otherwise this was one of the best companies that I've rented from in Cincinnati.

We've been renting office space from Paradrome in Mt Adams for almost 3 years. Not only do they have great properties in sweet locations (we're right at the main corner of the hill), their team has been very responsive, supportive and there for you when you need them. Compared to other property management groups, we've been very happy working with em- not looking forward to the day when we outgrow this location and need to move! We love this space!

My fiance and I are leaving our apartment we rented for 1.5 years with Missy at Paradrome Square and we really enjoyed our experiences with the company. She was incredibly helpful while we were relocating from out-of-town, and they were always quick to respond to any maintenance issues.

It wasn't necessarily the cheapest apartment in Cincinnati, but definitely worth the money.
