0/1000000 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER if you have a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY or have had Preeclampsia in the past PLEASE DONT go to this location and if you do don’t go to J. R. M those are the doctors initials I had preeclampsia with my first but she is alive and healthy we also went to a different practice that was 7yrs ago I went here for care for my second pregnancy (2022) I was in pain the whole pregnancy lost weight, Headaches, vomiting 24/7 etc and was ignored and told it was “just a rough pregnancy” Turned out those were all early symptoms for HELLP SYNDROME but no one looked into it just stated “all pregnancies are different” I should have been treated with caution and started on meds to help and was Not my baby PASSED away 4days after delivery I was admitted to the hospital at 24 weeks and do you know the doctor was in the same building but didn’t come and see me until 1week 1/2 after i was admitted and then didn’t even know where my baby was I don’t want this to happen to anyone else it’s truly devastating i urge you if you have had past difficulties in pregnancy please go to another location or see a high risk physician and MFM or just don’t see JRM he’s negligent when it comes to mothers who have had High Bp and that’s what puts you at risk for Hellp syndrome which can kill you and sadly took my kid it already happened to us I don’t want it to happen to anyone else

The drs and nurses are great. The office staff is terrible. They don’t have good attention to detail and have messed up my appointment times twice or say they scheduled me and didn’t actually schedule me. As a high risk patient this was concerning. Please go to a smaller practice where you can call directly and speak to someone. Here you have to call a summa line and you’ll never speak to the actual practice- your dr, your nurses.

If I could give zero stars I would this was the WORST experience I have ever had! My husband and I do IVF through an out of state clinic to have children I am looking for a new ob office as well as an office to do my ultra sounds and blood work. I called to get set up as a patient and explained my situation and was told that there office does not see any one doing ivf I am absolutely appalled at any OB office who discriminates against women who have to go through IVF to have babies It is despicable and that office should be ashamed of themselves.

I waited 3 months for my first appointment. My husband took a half day off work unpaid so I could do this because I’ve been in pain for nearly a year. Drove 40 minutes to get there because it was the only office with any appointments for 5 months. Waited an hour. Watched as 8 well dressed women who came in after me were seen. I can’t help but feel like because I had state insurance I was not a priority. As I was waiting a woman politely asked about the hold up and the receptionist said very flippantly “She’s behind. You can reschedule. ” So when it had been an hour already I knew there wouldn’t be time for them to see me and me be able to get home before my husband had to leave so I asked her to take me off the schedule as I had been waiting an hour and she asked my last name and said “ Alright. See ya later. ” Not acceptable. When I went to Paragon in Hudson 7 years ago I was treated well and never waited an hour. Perhaps Summa ruined Paragon.

TERRIBLE! If I could give no stars I would. Just rude soon as your walk in the door. The receptionist needs another job cause she’s the worst. She broke everything about HIPPA that there is to break. I would never walk into that establishment ever again.

I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism by a medical staff. I am very particular about the way I am cared for when dealing with my health. Neglect and poor customer service frightens me and will completely turn me off from receiving services in the health field. With that being said, I am newly pregnant and wanted to go to Paragon because my mother who is a nurse has worked with this practice during her pregnancies and deliveries. She as well can attest to the terrible service and treatment I received and was highly disappointed.
First off, it was my 1st time ever calling and booking an appointment with Paragon and the customer service rep Jenna told me my SSN was in use by someone else and she couldn’t change it.initial red flag. So Jenna goes on to schedule an appointment for me anyways and sends me the info to complete MyChart registration. Well because my SSN was “being used by another patient” I couldn’t register in MyChart or sign in to my appointment. Jenna told me if the MyChart registration didn’t work that Dr. Rhee would call me for the appointment over the phone. I did not receive a call from her at all. I called Paragon back and spoke with another customer service rep who was able to set up my SSN and MyChart properly, but by the time I was able to be logged in Dr. Rhee was already working with another patient. I was told that I could schedule another appointment with Dr. Rhee at 3: 30 the same day which I was happy about because I needed to get in ASAP for my pregnancy. Well I waited for over 20 minutes for her to join the video call.she didn’t even have the courtesy to have someone reach out to let me know she would be late. I left the call because 20 minutes is absolutely too long to be waiting without any knowledge of what’s going on and at that point it became a complete inconvenience. I later got an email from the doctor saying I left the appointment without being seen as if their unprofessionalism was my fault. The least I could’ve gotten was an apology for taking advantage of my time and health and an offer to reschedule at my earliest convenience. I am completely uninterested in receiving care from this practice and do NOT recommend any expecting mothers to come here if they’re seeking proper care and respect during their pregnancies.

Dr. Drummond-Ray was excellent, but it was very hard to schedule an appointment with her. As a result, I was scheduled with doctors who didn’t know me and didn’t provide adequate care. No one examined me.

I was not advocated for at this business by any of the medical staff. I received no access to resources, or even empathy for that matter. I would get test results to MyChart, and never received a phone call explaining what the results meant. When I reached out with questions, I never got a call back.

I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for an OB/GYN or trying to start a family.

I had a high risk pregnancy and the doctors, nurses, and all other staff were extremely welcoming, warm, kind, went above and beyond to make sure my unborn baby and I were well taken care of. Very thorough.

I will not be staying my wife’s name for this but she just had an extremely terrible experience. She was told she would not need a cervical check until she is 40 weeks, no big deal that works for us. She was seen today and Dr. Mendise decides to pressure her into doing one because he is the doctor and that is what he decided needs to be done despite the fact other doctors said there is no problems and she can wait. So forcing this upon my wife when she already feels uncomfortable this late in the pregnancy was a bad call. Now she’s bleeding, feels horrible and is trying extremely hard to reschedule with other doctors. Consider yourself lucky I wasn’t there because I would have thrown you out of that office. I will be at every appointment from now on to prevent these unqualified so called Doctors from pushing their POWER over people.
Avoid Dr. Mendise if at all possible. Clearly on a power trip and not considerate of his patients.

Mendise and Monte are great. Mendise is to the point and helps calm anxieties with logic, with as an anxious person, I really appreciate. He always makes time for questions. I met Monte during a miscarriage in the ER and 3 years later he ended up delivering my daughter. He’s great with his patients.

The OFFICE STAFF IS TRASH. They are unprofessional and have caused me to have ptsd from their errors. I had to argue with one of them to get my medical records when Mendise specifically told me to have them printed. She made a scene about how I was lying because they “don’t do tha. They do. I left with the records after holding up a whole line of women. She didn’t kept bullying me saying I would make her interrupt the doctor to prove i was making it up and tried to embarrass me into leaving without my records. There are about 2 nice members.

As everyone else said, great medical staff. Foul office staff. The women who answer the phone here are ungodly rude. And if you speak to them in the same tone as they are you, they’ll just hang up on you after waiting on hold for as long as you just did.
