Best insurance never had an issue. So sad they switched over to Anthem. Anthem is horrible compared to Paramount and no doctors accept the insurance.

It was a huge mistake moving from CVS OTC to Nations OTC! It is a long wait time to speak to a customer service agent at Nations OTC. I placed my order on 1/12/2023 today is 1/22/2023, and I have not received my order. Yet, Paramount's website claim that we will receive our OTC orders in two days!

Customer service representatives at Nations OTC are unable to inform me when my order will be shipped. This is ridiculous, a nightmare and unacceptable. In addition, the eligible items are less than CVS OTC.

Locally they are terrible at customer service, paying bills, amd follow up. Left them 2 years ago sent them a formal termination notice, through our attorney. Yet today they sent meva termination notice. OMG!

Horrible insurance. Was going to my doctor and now I can't be treated by ohio health and they gave me nothing to do or go. I'm screwed for almost half a year so if I have to go to the ER I have to pay out of pocket. Ridiculous I already have enough to worry about and this just adds one more thing to the list.

Avoid. I've been spending weeks looking for Dr's that accept this insurance, I've been given lists of doctors by the staff here that should take this insurance and of the 10 doctors offices I've called ONE said they'll take the insurance.and they do not have openings until August.

We have had Paramount for many years. They have always offered GREAT customer service and taken care of very complicated issues with the Healthcare Marketplace. We love our coverage and they have such an extensive network with Pro-Medica and other great providers in our area. We are very thankful and appreciative of all they do for our family!

I work for the medical office and they are by far the worst people to get in touch with. Every time I call them it’s a struggle because I’m always on hold for over an hour and I have so many patients I need to assist during the day I don’t have time for Paramounts games. Terrible service for providers and when you do get a live rep they’re very rude.

How do I get to talk to someone who works for Paramount to answer the line without me sitting on hold for 30 or more minutes to ask a question.
We accept your product arms wide open but I can't get my question answered about a simple DIAGNOSIS code. Such as S33.5XXA LUMBAR SPRAIN why is that not a billable diagnosis?
I would normally give you 4 to 5 stars no problem but I can't get this one
question answered.

The last two months when you getting my bill for the next month health care premium there was no return envelope. If you put it in a regular envelope and put the address of the billing department in Cleveland Ohio it will come back to you. It will come back three times. I have complained to Paramount about this and ask them to contact the building supervisor and ask her what’s so hard about putting a return envelope in with a bill? It’s one job! Perhaps I need to contact Randy Oostra, The CEO, except they refuse to give you his address, email, or phone number. Time to think about another healthcare insurance company.

Not only that you need to wait for almost an hour to talk to them but they will also refuse to help you if you have more than 1 claim, like who does that?

Have online chatted with customer service many times successfully. Issue today would be too much to phone text, so stopped in to office in Maumee with intent to speak face to face. The only face I came in contact with was receptionist. She was very helpful, letting me know customer service staff are working from home. However, she provided me an office with a phone, and contacted a customer service representative and connected me with her. Issue is being worked on, and hopefully resolved within next 30 days. Very positive experience as always.

I work at a medical office, and working with Paramount is a nightmare. They are unresponsive, not helpful, and do not seem to care about the people they insure. Our Paramount-insured clients pay hundreds of dollars to get the runaround and receive poor communication from their insurer. Everyone in my office hates calling Paramount for benefits or for problems with claims. The hold times are sometimes over an hour. They blame the pandemic for their slow processing and poor customer service, but the pandemic has been going on for over a year and a half.by now they should have made the necessary adjustments to be able to offer an acceptable level of customer service, even given the pandemic. We have to FIGHT to give our Paramount-insured clients the same level of excellent customer service as clients who are insured by other companies. It's incredible how difficult Paramount can make it to serve their clients, due to their own terrible standards for customer service. They consistently waste our business's time and our clients' time. I would never recommend anyone to work with Paramount.

I have had paramount going on almost 9 years never had an issue sometimes there might’ve been a Pre-authorization but that’s only because of the medication that it was and again I’ve been on that medication for about that time you have to stay on top of things and follow through with it nobody’s perfectSometimes they make mistakes to if you don’t like the insurance you can always get government insurance somewhere else buckeye caresourse just to name a few when it’s open enrollment no body said you need to stay with paramount don’t always blame somebody else Or you’re an educated unhappiness with care

Provided Drs, some did not answer phone just disconnected, some did not except PARAMOUNT,

Poor customer service, just rude for the sake of rudeness. Even when you jump through their hoops they put up more obstacles. If you can change your insurance, do so immediately.

Big shout out to paramount for preventing people from receiving the treatment they need to function in everyday society.

Will waste as much time as possible to prevent you from receiving needed medications, only to deny you again.

In the time they have wasted claiming they don't have enough clinical diagnosis from a doctor to approve medication, my skin and joints have gotten worse. I no longer feel comfortable leaving my house - the arthritis in my legs now bothers me on a daily basis, all because this company has refused to cover medication prescribed by my doctor and then made me go through an entire appeal just to decline it again.

I sincerely hope all of you have a horrible day everyday. I certainly have.
