5I had moved out and had been gone for almost a year. I called the corporate office to make sure there wasn't anything I was being charged for and now I find out now after a year exactly I now have charges and taken to a collection agency. Wow!
I really enjoy living at Park Lane. The staff is very personable and friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently.

We were residents of Park Lane for 3 years. In those 3 years, we enjoyed our time at Park Lane Apts. We chose Park Lane because of its' affordable rent and its' central location: near Norwood Lateral, The Punch House, Fitworks gym (though we frequented the apartment gym), Walgreens, Surrey Square w/ Kroger and Marshalls, gas stations, Xavier University, and police station. Though the building is older, and the trash is on the far right of the building, they are constantly striving for ways to improve and update. There are two elevators, and have carts available that residents used for groceries/ trash. The laundry room is nicely designed and you have to purchase a laundry card to use. I spent A LOT OF TIME in the computer lab while in school and the internet was fast, the printers worked, and office staff was helpful during any issue. The renovations thus far have been beautiful. The maintenance, housekeeping, and office staff are AMAZING- just good people. They are helpful and prompt to respond to any issue, and they happily participate in resident events like Halloween and Christmas door contests, get togethers, and often come up with creative ways to show how much they value the residents. No place is perfect, but we are so grateful to have been able to live comfortably for 3 years, with nice neighbors, attentive staff, and a beautiful view of the park:) Thank you, Park Lane!
