Have lived here for a little over a year and absolutely love it! Great location, so commutes are never too long. Trisha and the rest of the staff are fantastic, always putting things in place to improve the building. The residents of the building are either very friendly or somewhat quiet and keep to themselves. Have never had an issue with anybody. If you're looking for a new apartment, this is a great place to be.

I have been living at Park Lane for about 3 years now. I absolutely love living here! The building is beautiful and historic. The rooms are very quiet and cozy. My place just feels like home. I never want to leave! The parking lot, recently renovated, is a great bonus. Last but certainly not least, Trisha and Management are excellent at their jobs and wonderful people. I am so grateful to have found this absolute gem of a place to live. I highly recommend Park Lane to everybody.

Thank you Trisha Stephenson for making our move a pleasure! We had to move during a health challenge last year and Trisha was kind, caring positive and professional. She knows the tenants by name and is responsive to any question or need. Trisha is the best!

Very appealing apartments at a previous hotel where Carey Grant stayed! Trisha Stephenson is a great landlady. I need to move for an out of town job & I truly hate to leave my apartment here. The lobby is decorated beautifully for Christmas & sometimes I will slip down at night to enjoy the pretty lights!

The absolute worst apartments ever. The apartment itself had way too many issues. Was not told before moving in the person smoked in the apartment even though its a no smoking building. So the entire time I lived there my clothes and everything smelled like smoke. In the winter there would be days when the heat just wouldn't come on and when it did, it was very loud. The air conditioning barely worked, would be over 80 degrees in my apartment, was miserable all summer. Huge bugs in my bathtub several times. Flys that would not go away. The windows did not open the entire time I was there. And then they charged me from my deposit for a torn screen that was there when I moved in! People would blast their music for hours in the front of the building at 2am. People would party in the lobby and outside. The laundry facility is useless, dryers did not work at all, would take 3 times to dry a small load of clothes. Elevators break all the time. The water was coming out orange right before I moved out and then the water pressure was barely there the weeks before leaving. Peoples tires were taken off their car in the parking lot because they didn't fix the gate for weeks. The entire time I lived there by phone line didn't work to buzz people in so I would have to go all the way downstairs to let someone in. Closet and bathroom doors wouldn't close. Fire alarm would go off at 3 am. Very dry in the winter. Loud residents. Random inspections which no idea why because they place is not nice. Carpet was disgusting. Charged me $150 for some paint scratches on the door that was there when I moved in. Would not live here. The area surrounding is very bad as well.

I lived at the Park Lane for two years. It's a good, affordable place to live. Trisha (manager) and Adam (maintenance) are great. I recommend it.

I trust God is moving here to make continued improvements on this place. Praying over the building for every apartment to be blessed with God's presence as I am.
