This is a great parking lot conveniently located near Lanterman’s Mill. It’s well maintained and you can actually see the river valley below, which is quite nice. It’s easy to access the parking lot from the road by it, which I like. The parking lot also has a sidewalk which goes out to the mill, which is also nice.
Lovely spot to park and the walking trail takes you right back to your car! Woot!
The lot was very kind to my tires. It did not attempt to eat my feet when I stepped out of my car. My dog seemed a bit hesitant at first, she wasn't sure the parking lot was trustworthy, but eventually decided it was. Although the lines had faded, I felt that was just a sign of how much the parking lot has loved its patrons over the years. There weren't any potholes waiting to swallow us whole so that was a relief. Overall a very kind and friendly parking lot!
