3 Having Free Valet Parking is fantastic when you have to go to Grant Hospital.
Driving around in downtown Columbus isn't though.
I wish I could give it 0 stars. Was given a ticket for a parking spot that I paid for. Also, they aren't very smart because the ticket doesn't even have the correct license plate number. It must have recorded the lady's plate who was in it before me. This company should not be in business, and I will NEVER park in that lot again. There was still 20 minutes remaining when I left the spot, so again, why was there a ticket on my window? Scammers.
This company is terrible. I paid, using the Parkmobile app and they say it didn't process? Then, they get the debt collector on you. This company is just after your money. Buyer beware.
