Ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. My family and I are looking forward to being part of the community.

Do not rent here EVER.

First, the showing was rushed. As in, I think one minute was all we were allowed to see? Guess they didn't want us to know about the BEDBUG infestation. Didn't have any bedbugs at our last place, didn't know what they were when I found them moving in. Then WE had to pay to get rid of the damn things since we couldn't prove it wasn't us.

The countertops and the entire kitchen is so poorly designed. Unless you live off microwave food, it's a fire hazard. We can fit a microwave on one counter, then there's the stove and that's it as far as counter space goes. So we've ended up with a fire from the knobs being mislabeled. Which nine months later, still has yet to be repaired.

The cupboards are cheap and falling apart. Chayce, the landlord, tried convincing me my child had scaled the refrigerator, climbed onto the stove and ripped the doors off. He was not even sitting up on his own, but she insisted they were brand new. So all the random trash we found underneath them covered in dust must have been decoration?

Half the rooms have no heat, an issue maintenance is well aware of and does not care to address. The "luxury gym" is literally just a treadmill and a TV. The "on site laundry" costs about ten dollars a load and STILL leaves your clothes half damp at best. That's if you're lucky enough to have at least one of the two machines working.

The lease is straight up holding us hostage with unreasonable terms to break it, and the apartment is literally falling apart around us. But we're "rich white people" according to the office, so we can and should fix/replace everything out of our own pockets? Renting here was the worst choice our family ever made. Stay far away.

I've been living at Parkside for the past 5 years, and I have nothing but great things to say. Ms. Chase and staff are truly amazing and very understanding and accommodating. The residence and neighbors are very friendly, and safe. They do an amazing job keeping the grounds clean and well manicured. Great Job Parkside!

Been a resident for a few months now and glad to call this place home. I moved from out of state and Erika was very helpful in getting everything ready for me and answering all the questions I had. Maintenance is on point and gets things done in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for a better place to live!

Ms. Chaye and Ericka have always taken the time to listen to any concerns that I have had since I became a resident of Parkside Apartments. My AC unit wasn't working properly when I first moved in and it was replaced with a new unit. I have to give a shoutout to Mr. Barry, our maintenance expert for working to get the new AC unit installed. I pray that God blesses them all abundantly.

The staff here including maintenance are helpful and professional in their work and strive to get results

I'd like to say that both Chaye in the office and Barry with maintenance have always been there when I needed them. Chaye was very patient and understanding when I went through some difficulties with my rent the summer of 2022. I had to wait for SS check each month and had trouble catching up. Barry's the Man. He is always timely and efficient when I needed help with my stove and air conditioner. I couldn't ask for better, both of them are awesome.

The office staff and maintenance team are very nice. They are helpful and responsive. They get back to you fast. I have no complaints about them, they are excellent!

However, I’ve lived here for 3 years and the rent has gone up EVERY YEAR since I’ve been here. Minor improvements have been made over time (new washers & dryers that keep breaking down) cameras (just installed this year). Most of the apartments are not updated like they are saying. The fitness room is an office with 3 machines that are all outdated. Counter tops, flooring, and cabinets are all old. You’ll be lucky to get an apartment with new carpet. One day I asked the office to check the cameras because I thought my package got stolen (this was before the new cameras were installed) and I was told that they don’t work. We also used to have security that would be on the property after hours and they have since gotten rid of that too. We had loud neighbors that have since moved but there were times where they’d be out all hours of the night yelling, playing loud music and being a nuisance to all the students/working people. All in all, I think for as much as people pay to live here, there could be more done to show your appreciation to the people who continue to lease even though it’s getting more expensive and we don’t know where our money is going. Also, I wrote a letter to the company who owns this property and NEVER heard back from them. It shows that that simply don’t care about what I have to say.

The staff has been super nice and whenever there is an issue it is handled quickly, very happy living here

Floors in building is old so they creek loudly when coming to walk the apartment before signing my lease we walked the bottom floor so I didn’t know that I wouldn’t have good sleep for year but love the staff they work with you when your in a bind and maintenance fix problem quickly I just wish they’ll update the apartment floors and kitchen we need dish washers please and new cabinets. Been here 10years

I think Parkside Apartments are wonderful and the two ladies that work in the office are awesome. They were very nice and very helpful to the both of us. I was looking for an apartment for a relative of mine and they showed me a couple of apartments and told me the requirements. What a joy it was to talk with them that rainy day. In a bad situation.

I’ve been a tenant with park side apartments since 10/2020. My lease is over on 10/31/23 The property manager Chaye has been aware of my decision to move to since march of this year. Every time I spoke with with her she emphasized that I needed to put in my thirty day notice whenever I was going to move out. I went into the office Friday 09/15 to give my thirty day notice and Chaye said okay. She herself said 3 times while I was in the office that it was in fact thirty days. Erica looked it up and said it was actually 60 days, and Chayes attitude about the situation was “oh well” saying that now I have to pay an extra month because of the late notice to move but she has been telling me literally all year that I had thirty days. That money is now coming out of my pocket because I was told false information. I asked if I could get a prorated amount since I was told the wrong thing all year and she really just didn’t care. I’m not happy with this situation at all. I’m flabbergasted by this whole situation. I’m being ignored by corporate. Now watch since I left them a bad review they retaliate in some type of way!

Please don't live here my best friend lives there she n her husband r getting ripped off bc the price jumped from around 730 to about 830 within a year and she hasn't been sleeping at all bc they been waking up middle of the night hearing people screaming and music and a few shootings
