Parkwood Village reviews
8Spoke with property manager Kathy for rental information was very friendly and informative. Clubhouse and grounds were clean and looked well maintained.
If I could go less than 1 star I would. We get the keys to our apartment and when we opened the door for the first time it smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in there for the last 10 years. No backup plan for us or anything. Just couldn't move in and we were ready to go. I guess we have to look elsewhere now and hopefully find a place before the end of summer.
Please do yourself a favor and check Parkwood out if you're looking for an apartment. They do things right here. The ladies in the leasing office are kind and respectful. I can't tell you how refreshing it was dealing with people that treat you so well. That's where it begins. My experience only got better from there. This place is VERY clean, quiet and beautiful. Understand that we are all human and that you can't possibly please everyone; however, if you can't be content here I'm not so sure you'll ever find what you're looking for. You need not listen to me. Stop by and form your own opinion. I'm certain that you won't regret doing so. Also, nearly everything you can imagine is within walking distance. I've been looking for a house for two years but I'll be in no hurry to leave here.
Parkwood is a great place to live. Many amenities, pool, fitness center and close to grocery stores. Check us out you won't be disappointed.
They Charge for partial painting when you move out if their are markes on walls very loud you can her your neighbors walking and talking good luck
We have moved a lot, and this is definitely one of the best apartments we have ever lived in. Reasonable rent, all of our neighbors are really nice and friendly and all have said great things about the management company. It was such a relief when we first moved in from Washington state.
The staff are awesome! Very efficient, friendly and caring. They all loved working for the company which makes us feel even better for living here.
After a year of living here, we had to move because we bought a house, but would definitely miss living here for all the great people and location. 5 minutes walk to EVERYTHING. Meijer, restaurants, scene 75, Jeffry lube, big hospitals and a beautiful park with lake view and place to fish.
We are so glad we chose Parkwood village and would certainly recommend it to renters who are new to the area.
Unethical company that churns applications for fee money. They will charge you $50 to apply, and then deny your application with no reason given, even if you exceed the income requirements and have a good credit score.
I lived there for two years on third floor. I really enjoyed the apartment and the space I had. The management kept the complex looking good and took care of anything that needed fixing. The people in the office were very kind and efficient!
I would live there again, especially if they built a Meier’s next door. It was a bummer that they closed, Buellers, the grocery store and put in an amusement.
