I needed to have a tooth removed from an oral surgeon I put off doing this for approximately two years for fear of pain when I had another tooth pulled by a different oral surgeon the pain was horrendous and I missed close to two weeks of work in severe pain! What a difference Dr. Warn explained everything he was doing while doing it had his assistant hold my chin face etc while working to remove the tooth he put music on the 70s was singing and even though I was tense and scared he helped me stay calm by how informative he was and how relaxed he was my pain level is minimal compared to the other oral surgeons work I truly believe his assistant supporting my jaw face ext left out the pain experienced by the other oral surgeon who felt like my face and jaw was stretching across the room! Everyone from the office to his two assistants were polite and kind and professional like things should be I can’t say enough about Dr. Warn and his staff I would definitely recommend anyone to his services his bedside manners and techniques were amazing! Thank you Dr. Warn and staff I am so grateful for your service! God bless all of you.

I had two teeth extracted with a local anesthetic. I was very stressed out.
Jeremy Warn and his staff were very kind and caring. Jeremy kept me informed on what to expect during procedure. Enjoyed their singing along to the music I had chosen to listen to.
I had no pain during the procedure. Received a call later that day to check up and ask how I was doing. I was fortunate and had no pain or discomfort after. Mouth is healing nicely. I do highly recommend this place! Thanks again to everyone!

I can’t say enough about this team that went above & beyond for me! From Sara in the front to the nurse who assisted Dr. Warn during my appointment with 100% patient satisfaction! They listened, cared & helped me get through an anxious visit. I highly recommend this group & thank them all!

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Jeremy Warn. I was a bit nervous to get my wisdom teeth out because of all the stories I’ve heard about the recovery process. However, I had very minimal swelling and pain the following days. 10/10

UPDATE 11/26/2022 - went back for a follow-up on my extracted tooth. The oral surgeon spoke to me about my previous 1 star review and he apologized for how his office staff spoke to me. I appreciated his willingness to discuss the review and apologize; however, he was not the person who should have been apologizing. Further, the oral surgeon also advised I would not be responsible for the additional costs; however, I had already called my insurance company and they had advised all the dental office had to do was re-submit the claim with an explanation for the services rendered. While the offer was generous for the dental office to cover the extra and unexpected expense, the person who handles the billing in the office probably should have contacted the insurance company upon the initial denial and re-submitted the paperwork to insurance, prior to sending out a bill to a patient for payment. The oral surgeon did a great job, but the people in his office failed him by not doing their jobs properly.

Had to have a tooth extracted. Due to severe anxiety I opted to be completely sedated for treatment vs being in “twilight”. I asked several times about the cost difference for the two options and I was advised according to my insurance the difference was $5. I clarified and asked “are you sure”? The woman assured me that the cost difference was only $5. I went for treatment and paid my cost estimate (approx $338). Then they billed me for ANOTHER $337 (approximately). I called and inquired how this was possible and the woman condescendingly kept telling me well it was an “estimate”! The initial charge was only your “estimate”. How can an “estimate” be off by almost 100%? ! An “estimate” is supposed to provide a patient with a reasonable indication of what their out of pocket expenses will be; as long as the procedure goes as “normal”. Obviously if something arises that is unexpected, then the estimate may change to cover the unexpected events. However, that’s not the case with my surgery - I was told everything went smoothly and there were no issues; therefore, there isn’t a reason for my “estimate” to be a different price. I told the woman that had I known this was going to be the actual price ($675 vs my estimate of $338), then I would have explored other options. Again she repeats, well that’s why it’s called an “estimate”. While the doctors may be proficient, the office staff clearly aren’t because $338 and $675 are drastically different. Plus they wouldn’t even discuss the bill further with me. So did someone make a mistake with my “estimate”? Are everyone else’s “estimates” this incorrect? I suggest looking for another oral surgeon to avoid incorrect “estimates”, unexpected bills after surgery, and being talked to rudely by office staff. It makes me seriously question a business when they won’t even discuss your bill with you and just keep falling back on “it was an estimate”.

Relaxing atmosphere, with choice of music, and reassuring personnel throughout the extraction

Dr Warn professionality gave me confidence in his surgery (and his soft singing of the music playing, certainly helped to lower my BP)

The staff was very nice and made sure my experience was as stress free as possible. I had put off getting my wisdom teeth extracted due to anxiety about being put under anesthesia so Dr. Warn offered to do the procedure without being put under along with an rx to take the night before and an hour before the surgery. The procedure only took 20 mins and my recovey was pretty easy

Took my 16 year old for wisdom teeth removal. I was very impressed with Dr. Warn and the whole team. Very professional. Great at explaining everything. They made a nervous kid feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Warn called a few hours after surgery to check on how they were doing, which really impressed me. Sometimes you feel like just a dollar sign at certain places, but that is certainly not the case here! Thank you all for the great care!

I was scheduled to have a couple extractions and had to cancel several times due to chronic mental health illness. I even agreed with them to pay in advance because of their policy on cancelations. I was informed that they would be issuing me a refund due to my latest cancelation and would not see me in the future. They said they have a policy similar to 3 strikes and you're out. I understand that I canceled each time within 24 hours and that they probably lose money on late notice cancelations but this kind of hurt. I don't like leaving bad reviews. I usually tend to just keep it to myself but I felt like I needed to share this. I hate that I am sick and have little to no control over it right now. Hopefully I will find a provider that is sensitive and understanding of people with mental health disorders.

Everyone in the office was so nice and welcoming. My daughter was really anxious about having her wisdom teeth done, but the staff, assistants and doctors really put her at ease. Dr Warn made her feel so comfortable before and after the procedure. He was great. He even personally called later that day to check on her. This was a great experience!

I had two molars extracted (#2 & #15) with bone grafts about 12 hours ago. Dr. Warn and the staff are amazing. Super nice and caring. The procedure was a rough experience but doc and the surgical techs made it as easy a possible. They coached me every step of the way.
We jammed out to some 70's tunes (doc was feeling it). No dental procedure is fun. However, Dr. Warn and staff made it as easy and comfortable as possible for me. Even post op, I've had little to no pain (thus far). I'm no where near a fan of dental work but this group is top notch!
Thanks crew!

Dr Warn was my surgeon for removal of 3 of my wisdom teeth and he was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t nervous once I met him during the consultation for the surgery. A week and a half later my my mouth is back to normal. A few hours after the procedure he even called to make sure I was feeling well. Fantastic dr and fantastic staff. Will forever recommend to everyone I know.
