It's quite sad to leave a review like this. It's upsetting. I have been here twice and paid $17 for each vacuum belt. The 2 belts he provided have burned right through and has done it twice in a month. The belt that the man provided for me is of a hard plastic material, instead of the rubber material as the original. I decided to do my research and order on the Hoover company website. Not only is the material completely different but, he was charging me full price for the cheap one. Hoover provided my vacuum belt for $11 cheaper with 10% off. The man at this store told me that the belts went up 200% in the last year. What a scam artist. Maybe it's because I'm a woman. I was ripped off twice and my pocket. Don't waste your time! Shame on you!

My mom and I were at Parma Vacuum this morning to purchase a vacuum. The owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He took his time to show my mom how the vacuum operated and answered all of her questions. He even took the time to put the vacuum together for her, before we left the store. I would definitely recommend Parma Vacuum. They are a perfect example of a great small business who helps their customers in big way! Thank you again!

They are never open. Been there several times and there is always a sign that says back in 10 minutes. No one is ever there. Never going back to this store. No Stars.

I have gone to parma vac with my two rainbow vac for years worth of service, never had a problem. Mine are some of the most expensive v acs and I've entrusted them every time. One person wrote that they quit going to a competitor for almost the same reason, don't you have to ask yourself if some people just expect too much and don't want to pay for extra service?

Friendly and knowledgable service. However, disappointed that I stopped in twice for a common belt and it wasn't in stock.

I brought in a very old vacuum cleaner today and was very pleased with the service I received. The fellow knew immediately what kinds of belts I needed and was quick to replace them for me. I watched as he helped the two ladies who came in before me and he was equally helpful and knowledgeable with them. I will be coming back here for any of my future vacuum needs!

Always super knowledgable and friendly. Big box stores sell you garbage that breaks or doesn't work as well. Repairs were done quickly and not over priced. You truly pay for quality here and a great customer service experience!

I have bought 2 vacuums and have had service a few times and could not be more pleased with the help and speed in repair I have received.

Took vacuum in with new longer chord to be replaced. The chord I brought in wasn't compatible so they took upon themselves to replace chord but with the same size. Never got a message about it. Had to make 2 trips to get what I wanted

Wow.asked them to put a part back on my Oreck and tune-up. Said would call me with estimate. Stopped back in and called twice. Finally finished without a call/estimate- $48.00. Changed the roller, which did not look new and the vacuum is STILL not working properly. Called and they seemed "put out"! Will take my business and $$$ elsewhere!

I found this gem of a store when I needed a belt for my vacuum. Chuck showed me a couple of vacuums that have life-long belts and sold me on the idea. I love my new Riccar, I love Parma Vacuums and you will too!

Go check them out of you need repair, parts, or especially a new vacuum! Do not waste time going to big box or ordering on the internet, just go see the pros!

We ended up purchasing a Vacuum here, what a great store and the people there are awesome. I will come here for all my cleaning service and parts. Great to do business at a local business who get's it.

New owners been going there for years bought a few vacuums there. I dropped one off for service picked it up and first off i swear its not mine it looks older but he said it is then it was not working had to take it back its working now but i will never go back

These guys know vacuums better than anybody. Nice folks, great service, great products. I highly recommend!
