The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store isn't a large party city but it was clean and pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful associates who I would give a 5 star. Party City needs to update their website and what they show as "in stock". Most of what I wanted was in fact NOT "in stock" after making the drive to the store.

Friendly, helpful associates. The store was clean and stocked with lots of party supplies. They didn't have what I needed, but that's OK because I think they are very pricey, and I will look online or at the dollar store to find what I need.

If you are having a party for your grandchildren, Party City is the best place to go. They have every licenced character possible.

Very comprehensive store. Loved the Halloween wall and the balloon wall. Purchased a late Mylar balloon and a lovely weight to give my mom on her birthday.

Good options to organize and decorate your own parties especially birthdays, gender revealing, Halloween and grad celebrations. Great place to get the balloons for all your party needs.

I had been to 10 different stores looking for Ohio State party stuff. I was able to find it here. The prices are reasonable, staff are nice, and the store is organized.

They have birthday supplies and supplies for almost any other occasion. Halloween decorations and costumes are sold here at descent prices.

Widest selection! Prices are a tad higher but when you need something, they probably have it at the ready.

Didn't have a lot of what I needed. No baby invitations and I was overcharged on two things and now I have to make another trip to get a refund.

I was able to find what I needed but needed to ask for assistance multiple times as I had a small child with me and was on short supply of time. It seemed to cause frustration with floor staff. My son also autistic and I'm used to this when shopping at night. The cashier was super friendly even after a obvious long day. This was a 3 star experience. Will try again on Friday when Halloween costume shopping.

Sold out of all kids size costumes and won't mark or remove sold out items don't waste you time go else were for Halloween

I went to get balloons for a princess party. The tag on the isle said free helium inflation with purchase. The cashier super slow and didn't know about the offer. She started complaining about not having her glasses to every person that came to her because her dog ate them.

I needed to pay for my purchase and get in line again with the hopes that another person could help me. Fortunately enough the other person was very helpful.

The next day we got the balloons, which were great! The staff that inflated the balloons were very nice. However the same cashier was there complaining again that she didn't have the glasses because her dog ate them.
