14I had stopped in to try and find mini treat boxes for an event. The staff members working were so kind and helped me find exactly what I needed. The prices were great too.
I took my grandkids Halloween costumes shopping there They had a good supply the kids were happy with what they got
I've heard a couple times someone has said this is closing. Plz tell me its not true i love this store cause u can get wat u need in one place u dont have to go to another store & run all over the place to get eveything. & the staff is delightful & helpful
I'm just disliking because they charge $25 for balloons and dont give you a weight. If I'm paying $25 for balloons I would expect it to come with a weight.
It was super windy and when i got home one of my number balloons came off of its ribbon. This really wasn’t anyone’s fault but I went back to the store and told the employee who gave me the balloons what happened and she apologized and got me a new one, free of charge. Very happy with their customer service, they handled the situation very well! I was very relieved as the number balloons are about $12 a piece!
If you need balloons this is the place. Never seen so many varieties ever lol. Have other things like napkin's and cups, those type things. Really has most all things needed for party of any type.
Customer service is yet to be desired. Go in to get balloons and they say it's 3 hour wait. Spent a lot of money for party decor at Party City and can't get my balloons.
Made a huge order to be delivered at 3pm today. We called at 3: 20 to see where they were & they informed us that they couldn't be delivered because they were short staffed. We had to go get them & the SURPRISE party wasn't a surprise after that.they did nothing to accommodate. This isn't the first time.
Drove over a half hour to the store in Lancaster and they were supposed to be open at 10am. Waited, waited but they never opened the doors. Very disappointed in this store.
Really good store to get all your party gifts and balloons for all sorts of indoor and outdoor activities.
I was there yesterday and all of their Christmas merchandise is 40 percent off. This is a great place to buy candy, balloons, Halloween costumes, all of your party supplies and more! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Come in and check them out.
Aboslute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Manager here on sunday at 10am wouldn't fill up the balloons i purchased 3 weeks for my daughters party. Instead wanted to charge me another pack of balloons without the balloons. So instead i grabbed a new pack which incuded free inflation like the 1st set. Smh. Wanted to charge me more money to fill them up than buying a new pack to fill up. Never ever will we buy ANYTHING for our 4 kids' bday parties. Unbelievable.
Party city was great. The employee we talked was a guy and he helped us right away. The cashier was super nice too. The lady that works in the back was kinda rude not to us. She interrupted the guy helping us pick out sizes and a customer. Not cool.
