Had what we needed! Guy knew where it was and directed me. Wish it was cleaner and stocked better.

Large one stop party store filled with decorations and supplies for every special occasion and a large variety of baking supplies! Large section to make loot bags! Balloon counter with quick turnaround for inflation. Pleasant staff at this location. My only complaint is the prices - a bit overpriced and some items can be found MUCH cheaper at other stores. Otherwise, my go to for all of my party needs! Side note - I agree you need a loyalty program!

This is where I go to for things I need for my job just wish they had a loyalty program because I will be killing it up there

I was able to get what I need, the store was clean, people were nice.
One item I was specifically looking for was not in stock even though the website said it was at this location

Aisles blocked couldn't get down, items not priced. Prices on display don't match what register rings up for.

A good place to fin all sorts of stuff for a number of celebrations including weddings, baby showers, holidays, and birthdays. They have pinatas, helium balloons, confetti, streamers, tableware, glowsticks, bubbles, and a number of comercial character items including Mickey Mouse, Paw Patrol, and Frozen items. Also good if you're looking to throw a unicorn or mermaid themed party. I will say that no staff greeted me or offered to help me while I looked around there.

Balloons didn’t even stay inflated 24 hours. The service was very pleasant and quick though.

Very large selection of balloons, which is why we were there. If you’re looking for inspiration for a party, especially for a child, this is definitely the place to check out. Would have given them 5 stars if they would have interacted more intentionally with my kids who were showing unrestrained excitement at the prospect of a balloon- they could have tried a little. Left with a $10 balloon, and a $2 dollar balloon, which feels like a lot, but the $10 balloon is still going strong at the top of our ceiling and it’s been over a week ️

Too pricey on a lot of the items they carry, but, an excellent place to get unique balloons.and they are NEVER out of helium like many other places that sell balloons.

So when i went here to pick up my daughter's balloons they were out of the one we wanted. So atlast minute they switched with another and gave us a full refund and gave us all the balloons that they did have. That was excellent customer service.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. They helped find everything I needed for my New Years Party tonight.
