Ruined my day! Your website states you have Western decor in stock. Drove from Pickerington to your store. Just for a rude teenager to advise they removed all the Western decor to make room for Halloween. Proceeded to check out to pay for ballon’s and was advised they could not add helium until 4: 30pm! Not to mention they had two cashiers at one register; makes no sense. When there was 5 people at the ballon station. Terrible experience!

Went in there for one thing, found it easily and proceeded to stand by the register with 2 workers there staring at us like we were crazy. It was so strange. No one else was in line. They said nothing to us, just a simple “it will be just a moment” would have been cool. Weird vibe. I almost put the item back and walked out. I noticed on the receipt it states “Tell us how we did and get $5 off your next order. ” I’ll give you the review but you can keep your 5 dollars because I won’t be returning.

I went in for party plates and napkins which I was able to easily find. However, I then waited in a massive line at the check out as there was only one cashier. He wasn’t the only staff member in the store, in fact, I saw multiple staff members walking around, chit chatting instead of helping poor Reggie at the register. Shame on management for leaving Reggie to deal with a line of customers while they turned a blind eye.

Won’t bother going back. Walked in to get 6 plain-color balloons blown up for my dads 70th bday and the rather unpleasant woman told me they wouldn’t fill them up until after 2: 00. Sure it’s grad season. But heaven forbid you take the 30 seconds to fill 6 balloons for a customer when there was maybe 1 other person in the store at the checkout counter.

Some balloons were underfilled which is not cool with how much I spent on these! At least the staff was pleasant, but she seemed tired and over it. I probably would be too with how understaffed it is there. Also how is there no mechanism to tie the balloons? There has to be a tool or something when you have like two people working. It took a long time to fill and tie! Must be nice to pay two staff and charge $25 for a dozen balloons!

I went to party city to get balloons filled for my sons birthday. It cost me $67 to get 13 balloons filled and 2 of them were deflated within an hour. By the time his party started the next day another 4 were deflated. For the price that I paid for the balloons they should have lasted much longer. I have shopped with party city for many years and never had problems like this. Very disappointed. Wont be using them for balloons again.

First time buying a large balloon, I asked for help finding a specific balloon but I was never anticipated that they couldn't inflate the balloon, I had just left work and my feet hurt, I waited in line for a minutes because only one person was checking out, I got to the register and they told me that they couldn't inflate the balloon because there wasn't going to be enough helium for the other day. Isn't this special store supposed to sell balloons? I don’t just want a piece of bag that supposed to be inflated. How there is not going to be enough helium for such a big store? Very disappointed!

This store needs to hire more pepole! I came here to get 2 baloons and this was second store who told me they can't do it becouse order back up. Really? Then hire more PEOPLE, COME ON!

Every time I come to this store, it seems the staff hate their job all ways rude, & very dismissive go to Polaris if you want postive energy good customer service.

Rude staff and not helpful, was not busy at all. Only one other customer in the store with at least 3 employees. Not once greet or helped when needed. Had to wait to get checked, knowing that they could see me there waiting. Will never come back.

Very disappointed in this store. It was my go-to for the last 5 years for birthday parties but, I will NOT be going back. I went a few days before my daughter's birthday and purchase over $300 worth of decor and items. First of all, the staff were rude, especially the manager. I asked if I could order balloons ahead of time and pick them up in a couple days. They said they were out of helium and wouldn't have any until the following week. Okay, no problem. But, as new online balloon orders were coming in, the manager was LAUGHING at the fact that their orders were not going to be fulfilled. As the order was printing he laughed and said "HA HA! Guess you won't be seeing those balloons! ". When I asked if I could get a discount on the helium (which sounds reasonable since they were not able to take balloon orders), they said no. Okay, no problem. But then, the manager said "we should be charging you more for the helium. It's supply and demand". Just very rude and unprofessional! No accommodations or apologies made to any of the customers coming in and asking for help. To add the cherry on top, I spent an extra $40 for a helium tank that was supposed to fill up 30 latex balloons. I filled maybe 10 and the helium was out. Such a waste of money. I regret not ordering everything online from somewhere else.
