Still had plenty of costumes to choose from even just 3 days before Halloween, so this mom, who had a child, changed her mind on her costume yesterday with what she wanted to be found a costume she wanted to wear. It was very busy, and they had plenty of staff on hand that I was checked up quickly at the register.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I went to this party city tonight for Halloween tomorrow and while I was sorting out costumes trying to figure out which one I would like a employee came up to me and rolled her eyes for no reason and said some very rude remarks. After that I was done and completely just left when I was about to purchase I left everything because how bad that encounter had me upset. She then continued to say rude things as I walked out the door in front of other costumers, she was screaming “ BYE” as well. I didn’t even do anything and Other costumers were even mind blown I was just so confused. I told the manager as I hope he truly does something about this because I would love to keep coming back! She was bigger, had her hair in a ponytail and was wearing a pumpkin shirt. Completely made my experience terrible with this place! Completely rude, unprofessional, and she was out right disgusting. If you hate your job so bad why do you work there then? Don’t treat your customers like that. Do NOT come here.

I came in with my children and there was an employee helping me with finding costumes. The whole time she was “ helping” me she seemed aggravated, agitated and just completely rude. I seen another review about her and I was there when she was rude to the other costumer screaming things at her. As the women was leaving the store she was screaming bye to her and said some very out of pocket things as she left to us. She was disrespectful. My children were around and it made me feel very uncomfortable, to the point where I left as well because I will not be shopping at a business and giving my money to somewhere like this any longer, it was completely not right. She was a larger girl wearing a pumpkin shirt but I didn’t get a name, what the other lady said definitely don’t come here and may I mention that no, the girl did not do anything at all to her.

Yea… don’t come here. A very rude employee. I hope the manager actually does something about this lady. She needs to be fired and I hope that poor girl gets an apology.

Found what I wanted and the people there are so friendly and helpful. They go the extra distance to help you. That is very important to me.

I ordered things online for a party and after calling the number on the sign to pick up my curbside order, a very friendly employee brought my order out very quickly and still apologized for the wait even though I was only waiting for about 3 minutes. Order was correct. I really appreciate nice and friendly service and will try to post when I get it since it doesn’t seem easy to find most days! This was today, June 10,2023 at the Eastgate Party City.

Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was sitting on the counters playing on their phones.

Wonderful selection of party supplies and staff that were willing to answer questions and assist. Their prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely awful customer service. I called right when this store opened and asked if someone could check to see if bald caps were in stock. The woman that I spoke to on the phone said yes so I drove over 30 minutes out of my way to pick them up for a theatre company. Lo and behold they are not there when I get to the store and the woman who “helped” me was extremely rude and condescending. Apparently they were busy when I called so they couldn’t check to see if they were actually in stock. There were 4/5 girls just standing around talking and only a single register was open when I got there. I do not believe in the slightest that a party city was so busy at nine in the morning that this many workers couldn’t help me over the phone. This was absolutely ridiculous and a complete and unnecessary waste of my time.

We bought some balloons and were overcharged. The guy working was extremely rude and pushy. There were two women working. The younger girl was great and the other lady was alright. I do not recommend coming here to buy anything

This store is a RIPOFF. Caps lock necessary. Charged $19 dollars over the owed amount, which I figured out after leaving. I know Ohio sales tax is not 56%. Salesman was pushy and rude. I do not recommend you go here, but instead recommend you tell your friends not to go here.

Great selection however they do not sell a Happy 18th Birthday decoration set, At all. I thought that was weird, Lol

Friendly, helpful staff. Just needed some balloons inflated and also purchased a balloon there. Very pricey to get them inflated and price for one foil balloon.

I ordered vampire teeth 2 days before Halloween on their website for a decent price and was able to pick them up within 2 hours. They were the ONLY retailer that not only had them in stock, but I was also able to get th before Halloween! When we walked in to pick them up, they had a basket with tons of them at the register. They were thinking ahead! I am incredibly impressed with this store having vampire teeth available to their customers 2 days before Halloween. WAY TO GO PARTY CITY AT EASTGATE!

I am just trying to figure out if they fill helium tanks here? I have my own I’m looking to get it filled.
