I will have to say if it wasn't for the people in our group it would have been horrible. It's definitely not worth $20 a person at all. I remember when I was a teenager going and actually being scared! There was people all through the forest jumping out etc chainsaws when you would walk between the little shacks and now nothing just a walk and the little huts with the skits have changed it's not even fun or scary I hate being that person but this was not a fun experience this time. The one little girl who kept constantly screaming at the top of lungs at people was just annoying n really not needed. I won't be attending this event ever again.

READ THIS IF YOURE BRINGING KIDS! *spoilers*

5 stars because everything was well done, the actors do a nice job and for the price it's a longer experience which is great. You can tell these people put a ton of time and effort into setting up a very long, detailed haunt. The premise is that you walk through the forest, and along the way you're going into these buildings/ areas with actors and skits. High quality set and the actors aren't touchy, but do a good job and it is legit scary.

People need to know, there is super graphic stuff in here that is not mentioned on the site. There is a scene where a woman has a very real looking shotgun, and blows her brains out all over the wall. Another scene is a bloody pegnant woman lying on a table with a demon baby about to be cut out of her. Screaming get it out of me.

I brought my niece and nephew here because it was the first haunt I ever went to as a kid when I was 11, and I thought it would be a good safer one that wasn't like the hoochie. But those scenes were straight out of the haunted hoochie. I remember when hoochie did the suicide and demon baby thing when I was in high school, and it was posted on the site with a warning. I honestly would not have brought my niece or nephew to the forest if I'd known they did that here too, I felt so bad. They're 11 now and do well with scary stuff but.this was too much. When I went to the forest as a kid it was different, I just had no idea. The suicide stuff could be too much for some adults too so hopefully they maybe add something on the website to let folks know. But overall still well done and if you're okay with those things then it's good value for the money.

The haunted forest is a great haunted attraction for the family, but obviously from reading reviews, you can't please everyone. A haunt can either be extremely kid friendly, which most adults will leave reviews saying it's "stupid" or they "weren't scared". On the flip side, they can be a little graphic and edgy while still staying PG-13, then people will say it wasnt appropriate for their young children.

What I find fascinating is that the actors do such a good job that they can plant seeds in your imagination of something that never even happened. For example, saying there's a black baby hanging from a noose in a jail cell (it was a white babydoll with a purple face tied to a wall with several other dolls), a woman covered in blood giving birth to a baby (she has no blood on her at all), or claiming a woman blew her brains out all over a wall (you never see a gun go off and there's no blood at all in that skit). They also do their best to give everyone a scare, but it's nearly impossible to scare the people in a single file line in the front of a group and the people in the back of the group as well. As with all haunted houses, the actors know to read body language and target those who are easiest to scare, like women, children, or people hiding their faces and grabbing hold of the person with them. If there's a concentration of easy targets in one section of the group, that's the section that will be targeted. If you think you can do the job better, sign up and volunteer. They could always use more actors who donate their time and work every weekend, even if it's cold and raining, for free.

Was not worth the 30 min drive 1 way for 20 bucks a ticket. They sent 14 of us thru together (normally 12 max) and they only focused on the 5 kids in the front! Not to mention u walk the path more than there's stuff to see or scare you. So it's fine for children or small groups but literally they didn't even try to scare the back of the group! Wasted 80 bucks!

I loved this haunt. The actors are not all grabby and pushy. The story is based on the Murdock family that live in these woods. It’s not your typical haunted attraction. This was a 45 minute walk through the woods where you have no idea of what you are hearing is actors or something else watching you through the trees. During the walk through the woods, you enter multiple buildings where the actors lay the groundwork and plant seeds in your mind and then the real fun begins. This is a charity haunt but you would never really know it from how well the scenes are put together. Keep up the great work!

Nice for scaring kids, and some adults. Proceeds go to a good cause too, and they let anyone who wants to work it volunteer.

Absolutely awesome
It was worth every penny, it was funny, terrifying, and (if the kids were brave enough) family friendly, if your looking for something actually scary, go here
