I am new with Pathfinder Realty, but my experience with them so far has been very good. Everyone is friendly, helpful and pleasant. Oh, and I LOVE my new home

I've been with Pathfinder Realty for 5 years an love my home. Any an all maintenance is takin care of almost immediately. Not to mention the outside care of the home like cleaning the gutters, they are always on time. Pathfinders Realty care for you and there homes.

I don’t normally do this. But I love my house and the area I live in. I don’t have any problems and I get along with everyone just fine. My maintenance men are cool and they always come when needed. My property manager is very understanding and and respectful. This is my second year in this house. And I love it.

Awesome staff! My bf has rented from them for years and most recently we noticed a change. Their new manager Ms. Roxanne is quick to return our calls and address any concerns.

I moved here from northeast Ohio and have been renting from them for almost a year. They are always on time whenever i have a problem. And when the people come to fix the problem they go above and beyond. I never have to wait no longer then 24 hours. Even when i first was looking for a place and had limited time i was shown multiple houses until i found one of my liking. Very professional staff. I'm very happy with my choice. UPDATE I BEEN WITH THEM FOR 5 YEARS NOW. In the same house. I love my house and neighborhood and whenever I have an problem JASON the maintenance guy is so nice so accommodating with my schedule and he goes above and beyond then what needs to be done I'm so happy they have him on their team.

I absolutely love my house that I’ve been in for 5 years now! Wish I could transfer to a bigger house! But overall I love the way they handle things on time if there’s anything wrong they get right on it. Thanks pathfinder

I can honestly say there has been a big difference ever since they got a new property maager n receptionist. They are respectful, they work with u n not against u, great communication n quick with repairs. I have no complaints just appreciation. Things were rocky when they first bought the property n became my landlords Now I can recommend others to rent from them.

I really Loved my house on England Ave and Hated to move. Pathfinder was Great anytime there was a problem they did come out to see about you. Roxanne is the Best she is a very Honest person and will make she you Happy and Satisfied I would rate her as 100+%. Thanks Pathfinder and Roxanne for Everything.

Roxanne Hong was amazing! She went above and beyond and even further. Great to work with and made the whole experience easy. Very personable, we'll gladly work with her again and would recommend anyone to go to her.

We had Jason come to our house for a few maintenance issues.
First, he accomodated our very hectic schedule.
Second, his professionalism is 100%. Listens to the issues, explains what he can do then performs the task. He is extremely clean and thorough.
Once finished, he reviewed with us what he did, which was top quality work.no short cuts with Jason.

When i first started renting through pathfinder they were awesome and the lady before this Roxanne lady was awesome since Roxanne has took over i can care less for them i don’t plan to renew my lease. I usually pay my rent two months ahead or early or on time was never late until this year which is my second year with them i had a stroke and got pregnant and was out of work told them i was trying to get assistance to help me and once they got the pledges for the two churches Jasmine told me i wouldn’t get a late fee, end up getting a late fee anyway and i called talked to Roxanne and she was rude and says she can wave the fee one time altho i explained what her person said in her office. I just don’t care for them anymore bad taste in my mouth i gotta go

Love being a part of Pathfinder reality. They are prompt on any maintenance work never have to wait days of weeks. Truly amazing! I would recommend being apart of Pathfinder reality. You won't be disappointed.
