I have been to this lab several times. They have no one to properly greet you when you check in, they have the window all covered up with papers and signs saying “Do not knock on the window” “We have a bell that alerts us” yet there have been multiple times when I’ve sat for longer than 25 minutes before a nurse/LPN whatever their title is, finally came out. One time I came and she literally said “wow you’re one of the few that should have knocked on the window, I didn’t even hear you! ” Like, seriously? And here I am again waiting in the office today, I’ve been sitting for 25 mins, according to the sign in sheet the last patient to have signed in before me was literally 2 hours ago since it shows the date and times of when someone signs in. I can hear the nurses just chatting in the back. No one has any sense of urgency every time of been here.

I'm back every 3 months for my regular blood work because the staff is always hard working, friendly, & helpful. The staff is small but mighty. They have helped settle my anxiety & fear of needles.

Sat 45 minutes in their lobby outside their door with their sign saying lunch until 1 pm. Gave up eventually and knocked super hard, then someone says "I said we are closed! " as if we could hear them through that heavy door. The one in maumee is much nicer, heavily suggest taking your business there instead.

Always had a good experience, have been to this lab many times, fast and efficient

Professional, no wait. I’m a very hard stick she got on the first time. Back again 3/4/2020 again only on poke. Very professional.

Ever Every time I go they arr either sitting around talking won't answer the window when people.are sitting waiting for someone to open the window to see if they have And they take a 2 hr lunch break
