5If I could give zero stars, I would. I called when I got my first bill and gave them my insurance information that they didn’t have before and she told me insurance covered the whole amount. About a month and a half later I am sent another bill in the mail saying they will send me to collections. I called in again, the girl was very rude and said that they never made the claim with the insurance company and I will have to wait for my next bill to pay my balance. I shared my concerns of being sent to collections and she said it’s not the patients concern until after the insurance company gets back to them but I wouldn’t be surprised if they really did nothing. I will be calling in tomorrow, paying my full amount and I guess fight with them to get refunded what my insurance covers. I recommend everyone do the same otherwise it looks like they’d rather dock your credit.
This company failed to send me the invoice for a $54 bill from services 3 years, they also failed to email or call me, so I didn't know I had an outstanding bill. In October they sent my bill to collections and hurt my credit. A few weeks ago I found out about the whole mess and promptly paid collections. Now my credit score is down and I can't reach the billing department of Pathology Laboratories after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. Please avoid this company!
STAY AWAY! Getting bills from things that are years old, have different insurance now can't my original insurance now cover! Tina from the billing department is a huge a$$!
Unable to call them to pay my bill and it's not showing up online. Every time I call during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8-5, as reflected on my bills), and it says it's outside business hours. I live across the state and have no way to get in touch with them. It's literally a $6.36 bill they're threatening to send to collections that I cannot pay.
