Pathways Financial Credit Union, Dayton OH

The previous reviews are manufactured pathways has the worst customer service. I have a business and personal account with pathway. My business season is in full swing, but now I have to take time to close my accounts with pathway an move to a different bank.

Very difficult to get a hold of someone in the Springfield Ohio office. Direct number isn’t listed have to wait on hold forever to talk to someone and hope they can get you to the right place.

I've been with srfcu now pathways since 1979. Wouldn't change for the world. So easy to do business with.

I'm happy to be a member of Pathways Financial Credit Union because of the employees and their care and concern about my financial well-being!

Springfield branch has new building but still not open on weekends. The hours of operation are only till 5 pm Mon -Fri which makes a person have to rush there after work to get their banking done.
