Patock Family Dentistry, Gahanna OH

I'm only giving a 1 star because of the workers. The Dr is funny and knows his stuff but because of the nasty attitudes of his employees I found a different doctor. They have a bad attitude especially the lady that sits in the front. If you are the first face the customer see when they enter, you should have a welcoming face not a frown. This place would be great if his staff had customer service skills and since they don't his business will suffer. Nobody wants to go to the dentist so a nasty attitude won't help get customers.

Our family has been going to Dr Patock for over 20years. We moved to Gahanna from Dayton and met “Dr John” who was our apartment complex neighbor at the time. He had just started his practice and we were some of his first patients. Over the years we have known Dr Patock to always be professional, kind, gentle and genuinely concerned towards his patients dental needs. On one occasion, our daughter fell and chipped a tooth the day before leaving on a Disney vacation. We called and left a message after hours and Dr Patock called back and was willing to meet us after hours to “fix” her tooth the night before we left. His front desk staff and dental assistant are fantastic and took her time to explain each step of a crown process (1st time for this guy). Highly recommend Dr Patock and his family friendly practice.

Dr. Patock is a local dentist who has been in business for over two decades. He is not a corporate dental provider, he maintains an affordable independent practice and takes excellent care of each of his patients with honesty and integrity.
