Donuts and coffee is always great.the size of the donuts are also biiig, well worth the price.fast service and nice employees as well!

The Pumpkin and glazed donuts are really good. The pumpkin was extremely fresh and falling apart. They lack a variety of donuts though. Been really craving a basic cinnamon powered donut, it's just nothing compares to one from a donut shop. Some of the people were grumpy and had one girl scrambling to do everything including the drive through by herself up front, but that girl was nice.

Pretty good. Wish they had wedding cake donuts. Makes me miss Louisiana donuts from Mr. Ronnie’s.

Donuts are always great the staff's always friendly would recommend if you're in the Lima area

9/5/23 bought an apple fritter and coffee this am (8.45?) and the fritter was stale, hard, no good. Cofee was good!

Will answer the phone w an attitude and complain that it will take then 50 mins? And have you wait 50+ mins for a pizza and wont even call you back been like this the past year. So Sad smh lol lima is just so sad

I stopped in this morning to get donuts for my coworkers for the first time. Holy hells bells the cinnamon rolls are by far the best that I have ever had.
The people are nice and the place is clean. If you like cinnamon rolls give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

This place has gone so far downhill! Stopped in tonight and the girl at the drive thru ran to the back the moment she saw us pull up. The door was locked (no sign with an explanation) so we get ready to drive through and we see them ignore a customer already in the drive thru! Waste of time! Hire better workers. You've lost my business for good

The Boston creme and jelly donuts had such a small amount of filling that it was very disappointing and I struggled to call them custard or jelly filled. Also a bit overcooked to the point of crunchy.

Requested 7 dozens assorted donuts, only received 3 kinds of assorted donuts. 4 dozen out of 7 dozen were glazed. Taste was good, just not happy with customer satisfaction

Best variety of food ever.never a bad experience at Pat's! Customer service during night shift could be retrained or encouraged inventively if necessary it's not the worst service but it's definitely needing some attention.

So the manager at this location is very uneducated and the owner allows it my 16 year old daughter worked her for 1 week then quit management told her she didn’t give a two week notice! My daughter called and told me the the manager said they have a right not to pay employees cause it’s policy i then demanded to talk to the owner which owner never called me I told the manager I intended to file a complaint with the us department of labor and their policy doesn’t have more power then the law again the manager tried to play with me after I said I was going to file a lawsuit and a complaint she gave me my daughter pay check I’m fully going though with the complaint with the department of labor the department will investigate this place staff clearly don’t know laws and is very uneducated and unprofessional also while I was inside getting the check I videotaped the inside was very dirty I’m thinking the health department needs to know

This location is.ok. Sometimes you get friendly staff.sometimes not. They are out of A LOT of kinds of donuts just about everytime I go. We prefer pats in delphos

This was my first time here and what a cute place! I never knew it existed, I am from Florida and we stopped by and it was a cute experience! Great service and very friendly people! Good doughnuts and hot cocoa!

What I loved the most is the wholesome part that they believe in what I believe and are giving the glory to God! I got to take a photo of the add that said God is good! That is something I always say, I was like Omg! God is good all the time and got a bible too! This to me is commendable of them because not many people praise God through their business and I said to myself, one day when I open something. I will do the same!
