My boyfriend and i went there on New Years day, it was my first time, our waitress was SOOOO phenomenal, the food was PERFECT, the beer menu was AWESOME, it describes each beer, which i have never seen.i will be back there so fast. I never had such amazing stuffed mushrooms in my life- It a MUST have! If you are looking for a new spot, friendly service, delicious food and tasty Beer, Pattys and Pints is THE PLACE TO BE! Thank you guys!

I incorrectly reviewed the Portsmouth location haplessly mistaken that there are two. It's solid gold in Ironton

My husband and I were out on a nice, lazy drive and came upon this great restaurant. Drey, our server, greeted us right a way and was super helpful. The restaurant was very clean and had a great prohibition decor. The menu was all based on prohibition, Elliott Ness, etc.

Let's get to the food! OH MY GRAVY! That was some of the best food I have had out in a long time. We ordered the Deep Fried Banana Peppers for an appetizer and we could not stop eating them. Have never seen anything else like this on a menu and that were AMAZING. Then came our sandwiches. I got the Kingfish po boy and my husband got the "Lucky" Luciano po boy. We got the P&P fries as our side. All the food was simply amazing and very filling. The price was terrific as well.

Though we live approximately 2 hours away, we will definitely be back!

Great place to grab some food and a pint. A great selection of beers and the food is killer as well. Fish and chips (though I subbed onion rings) were excellent. Our server was attentive and awesome as well.

Amazing food, quality craft beer, fast service and a wonderful staff mixed with a great vibe! Do yourself a favor and stop in for a sandwich and a pint. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered the loaded tots and the meat was completely burned and even crunchy. Our waiter was super nice, when he was there. I do believe he was taking care of the entire dining room so that isn't totally his fault that he was hard to reach. The appetizer was good, but the main coarse came out barely warm and terrible. I ordered the Italian sub and the meat was so dry and hard I couldn't hardly swallow it. I took a few bites of the sandwich and a few of the tots and left everything sitting. My husband also left most of his food as well. I think for everything for 4 people it was 78$. The one in portsmouth area is much better.

Server was awesome, on point, it's like he read our minds he was there in seconds already knowing what we wanted. He did all that while working the full larger half of the building.

One of the best places in the area. I used to go to the Portsmouth location all the time when I lived over that way, so happy they added an Ironton location! Took my dad when he came to visit, he loved it too. One of mine and my gf regular spots. The onion rings, fried mushrooms and cheese curds are all great. I've tried every burger on the menu, they are all tops, and the chicken strips can't be beat!

Best burger ever! The onion rings were perfect, fried not greasy and the onions actually stayed in the breading. Great selection of beer and the service is impeccable! Wife had sweet potato tots who were cooked to perfection grilled on the outside and super creamy inside.

First time eating at the Ironton location, and my wife and I really enjoyed it. The fried mushrooms were the best that we have had anywhere, and we we really liked the traditional wings tossed in the Carolina Mustard sauce and the cauliflower crust pizza. We’ll definitely be back the next time we want pizza and wings.

"We sell liquor on Sundays! " Carol Ann at the bar took excellent care of me, she wad friendly charming and attentive. There's 48 brews on tap, the menu is diverse and appealing, and the decor is awesome. The rolling chairs at the bar were a creative touch I found delightful. I ordered "The Gambino" (mushroom and swiss) and had the Alaskan Amber to drink. The service was super fast, and the space vast. The only thing I would ask to improve upon would be a reprint of the drink menu, they're always too small and difficult to read.

Service was excellent. Sandwich was just okay. The experience was marred by french fries that are fried in some sort of batter that holds grease and masks what should be a wonderful potato taste. No amount of ketchup could redeem them. If you are a fan of good fries as your side this place is to be avoided.

My family of five and I very much enjoyed our visit here! The place was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our food was hot and delicious AND reasonably priced.
Our burgers had a lovely charred crust on the outside while still maintaining juiciness inside.
The pizzas were clearly very fresh and well constructed.
I do not know if the macaroni and cheese was out of a box, but it certainly didn’t look as if it were. It definitely wasn’t Kraft. (Which is a good thing.)
Will 100% return!

Unbelievably slow, if you want to wait around all day for an overpriced burger this is the place for you. The bar is fine and the the servers try to do their best but they clearly have some issues in the kitchen. A fine place to get drinks but if you're hungry go somewhere else

Food was decent, A bit overly priced for what you got. This is a once in a great while kind of place to eat at. Staff was friendly and kept our drinks filled.

Our server, Alana, was great! Very friendly, welcoming and she gave our group great service. Also, our meals were excellent!

Really great spot in the downtown area. They are still working on it a little bit but the layout is nice and spacious. A good sized menu with options for everyone but I opted for a burger and was not disappointed. It did come out a little overcooked (medium-well to almost well done instead of medium) but despite that, it was still flavorful and juicy. I was passing through for lunch at work so unfortunately I was unable to try any beer but they had a massive selection of Ohio brewed beers as well as nationally distributed craft beer to choose from on tap. Looking forward to going back and trying other menu items and hopefully a beer or two.

Ironton is my hometown, and I was happy to find a place that serves some of the local craft beer. Good burgers. Enjoyed the patio area just off the street.

Recommend to: folks passing through Ironton looking for some locally brewed beer (not TOO local, but in the region).

Those looking for a place to take friends visiting from out of town.

I went in at around 8: 20 waited to be seated. The waiter came and seated us then someone told the waiter that the kitchen is closed. Looked at the sign on the door and still 30 minutes till close. I’ve heard of kitchens closing 10 to 5 minutes before close but not 30 minutes. Would’ve liked to have known that before. Had to leave and take my money elsewhere.

Really kind of a disappointing first visit. Food started off really well with apps, they were hot, fresh and delicious. The main course was less than stellar though. Very long wait, one of the meals was forgotten, the other three meals were just ok. One, the fries and sandwich was not even warm, to the point the beer cheese had set up. We did tell the waitress, she did offer another meal, but we had already been seated for over an hour, so that wasn't an option. Instead only an $8.00 discount was applied to the entire bill. It was approximately half of what one of the meals cost. Haven't decided if it's worth another try.
