6Awful experience. Similar to the rest of these people. Never finished work, always was late or didn’t come at all, took money but was never filled promises. Stay away! Did the same with my parents!
I wish I would have read these this dude has literally disappeared on us! I don’t know if he died or what but he promised me and my family a whole bunch of stuff that we still do not have in our household! It took him over a year to even get a furnace all situated in my house! I had to tell him I was coming to his house to get my stuff or to come the next day. Every time he came he sat on his phone used the bathroom at least 3-4 times or going to get supply’s from Home Depot and not coming back! This man’s a joke and I hope I don’t see him ever again he’s a scam straight up
I wish I have read these reviews before hiring him. Paul never finished the job. He doesn't know how to install a furnace. He is full of excuses. He took full payment already. Since, there are too many people complaining about him doing this nonsense, I would request everyone to go the Ohio Attorney General's website and file a complaint.
Runs always w your money.
Very stressful and unprofessional experience with this man. Now going through his lawyer because he is unable to answer my questions pertaining promises he made regarding work and money. Do not ever give this man money unless the job is finished. And make sure he is in your home warranty company because his lapsed.
Beware of Paul. He takes the full contract money in advance and then runs away. If you threaten him with lawsuit then he will show up to use your bathroom and poop in there. He will leave within 15 minutes. And this cycle continues.
Hired him to install a toilet. He installed said he would be back next day to caulk. We let him know there was an issue with the installation. He came back twice without tools. I finally asked for installation fee back he agreed still waiting. After 7 weeks another plumber fixed it in less than two hours. He gave me a card that said Sandy Martin plumbing same phone number same address. I would avoid like the plague.
