While smaller than Richmond, IN and Huber Heights, it seemed fairly well stocked. My husband was disappointed that there were no fishing items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Much closer to home for us

Everyone was great at Camping World of Piqua. They answered all our questions gave a complete walk through of our purchase we can't wait to start camping.

The whole team went above and beyond to ensure that we were thrilled with our purchase, even staying late on a Saturday to prep our camper to take home same day. Tim Martin is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales rep, and the team that taught us about our new camper took care and extra time to make sure we were comfortable with all systems. We had lots of lot options, but I’m super glad we chose this store!

I had a good experience at Camping World, the employees were all extremely informative and helpful. The maintence men were also very helpful while educating me on how to pop up/down my camper. I really look forward to my first time camping in it. Thank you for a great experience as a first time buyer.

I honestly don't think anyone here has a clue what they were doing. I was told mutiple lies and inaccuracies. We have family who live in Indiana so while visiting, we decided to drive to this location to look at a specific camper. We drove an hour there and was told we could get paperwork sent directly to our home to sign, saving us time so we didn't have to do it at this exact moment. We put a deposit down and Once we got back home to Florida, they called to informed us they could not actually send the paperwork to our home but we would again have to drive to our closest camping world to sign paperwork. So we had to drive SIX hours round trip to sign all the paperwork. If I would have known this I would have just signed while I was there the first time! It just gets better. After actually having done that and signed all the paperwork, getting insurance on the trailer, being asked multiple times when I was coming back to Indiana to pick up the trailer. (one would think they own the trailer at this point right?). Well.the finance manager called me to inform me he actually didn't have all my paperwork submitted with the bank and in turn, the bank was denying our loan. A MONTH later they told us this! Thank God we weren't half way across the United States camping!

I should have seen this coming as I could see all the disorganization the minute I walked in the door. I would stay away from this place unless you want to do all the work for a camper without any reguard for your time or money. We wasted so much time and effort here.

We have purchased many big ticket items in our life and this, hands down, has been the worst experience and customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you for sending me a text to leave my feedback.

We worked with Robin. He was one of the most helpful salesmen and least pushy after visiting several dealers. He was knowledgeable on the camper and got us the best price out of anywhere we looked by far.

The reason I am leaving 3 stars is because of the overall process. We put a deposit on the camper and scheduled out for a week later to pick up. Well after an exciting week and driving an hour to Piqua to take delivery, it was quite disappointing. I did not have high expectations to begin with, but still quite disappointing.

I would have expected, at the very least, that after having to wait a week to pick up, the camper wouldve been at least wiped down. I wasn't expecting a full detail (although that seems reasonable) the trailer looked the exact same as the last time we walked through it. We were told the trailer was plugged in and ready to go. After finalizing paperwork, we went to the delivery area where the trailer was no where to be found. We watched them go to the spot we left it a week ago and bring it over to us.

So overall, not a bad experience. Great price and selection. But still more disappointing than expected for a large corporate RV dealership. It seemed like no one was on the same page and couldn't even attempt to fake it.

Drove 3 hours to pick up a small toy hauler from these folks. Had a great selection and willing to work with me on price to get to a point where both happy. Robin was great and the finance people were on top of it. Very smooth transaction. Seemed very willing to help support any issues in the future - I hope I won’t need that but I trust these guys would help me out.

I was shocked when they advertised my 2001 Gulfstream Ultra motorhome they purchased from me upon the death of my husband a Vietnam Veteran for $2,000 at $24,000.

Chad went above and beyond to help my husband and I with the purchase of our new camper. He worked with our busy schedule and always got back to me when he said he would. Highly recommended!

Camper! Chad, in sales, was very knowledgeable about the products and “pleasant” to work with (no pressure). Mike Sherry and the group delivered exactly what they said they would. I drove from Florida and I was not disappointed. Arrived in the showroom actually a little early and they were more than helpful and accommodating. There were no surprises, just a good price and a friendly group of people to deal with. Great experience at Paul Sherry RV. Very friendly people and very helpfull. Gave me a more than fair price for my trade-in. When they say they have the lowest prices around, they mean it. If your looking for a new or new to you RV, you need to come check them out.

They were extremely helpful went out of their way to help me even know I had an older unit that I did not buy from them I highly recommend giving them a chance to help you with all of your needs for campers and rv parts and service

Sounded great at first but we’re not able to put a deal together for me even with 10% down. Disappointed. We had a tentative agreement for 12,500 and they cancelled it. Worked with Dave K but wasn’t his fault.

Great Sales and Service! Worked with our schedule and timetable. Dave K was great - not pushing and helped us work out what fit our needs! Brian gave a thorough walk thru and explained everything on the unit. Joe did a great job seeing that we had all the paper work completed and that we had the right programs! Overall great experience.

We had the best service possible there with Chris Stewart, he helped us in every possible way he could to get us into our new RV and we couldn’t be happier, we really appreciate everything he did and would recommend them (especially Chris) to anyone who’s looking to get into an rv even with special credit needs like ourselves!
