Paul showed up on time with Rayanne to troubleshoot some outlets that ‘just stopped working’. He responded to my initial call within a an hour or two of me leaving a message, scheduled the appointment for the next day, showed up when promised, found the issue and fixed the issue. They were both polite and curious. Really couldn’t have asked for a better response.
I’m a do-it yourselfer and calling a contractor for anything is hard for me. Paul will be the guy I call for electrical work from now on.
