I visited on 06-20-2022 because I couldn't get my chainsaw to start. The guy at the parts counter, I'll call him Guru, showed me the err in my ways and had me out the door in a few minutes. While I didn't actually buy anything there, the service was still so far above what I'm used to these days that I will certainly use them for future purchases.

Recently purchased a Ferris isx2200 from Paul’s and it was a very good experience. Knowledgeable and helpful staff made the whole process very simple. Greg went over a few machines with me and explained the differences between the two and was completely honest. I go out of my way to come here because of their service and knowledge. Very good family owned business that provides quality products.

Scammers. Tried to overcharge 400% for a $100 part. Had my mower for 18 days before they even diagnosed the part needed in wet mowing season.
