Paws of Pride, LLC reviews
10Brian is a lifesaver! After rescuing two Dalmatians and having a very unsuccessful board and train, we began working with Paws of Pride. After each session our dogs showed significant improvements and we as owners began to feel much more confident in our ability to train them. We went from being dragged around on a leash to having two, well mannered walkers! With 6 basic obedience classes under our belts, we are very excited to continue working with Brian in future training sessions. You can tell Brian really cares about your pup and will never push them beyond their limits for the day. If our dogs were overwhelmed or fearful, he picked up on that and wouldn’t force any more on them which meant a lot to us.
Brian has been great a creating a custom training plan for our two dogs (and their humans:)! We continue to see progress each week. The more we put in the more we get out.
A friend recommended Brian after our first trainer couldn’t help. Our darling Smokey would turn into a crazy uncontrollable monster when ever anyone came to our house. From the very first visit to our house Smokey improved. It has just gotten better and better the longer we stick with the training. My 70 something mother was terrified to come to my house because Smokey had lunged at it and barked at her. Brian had us introduce many people into our house with his assistance and even did a private meet and greet with my mother. My mother was still scared but Smokey did great! We actually had thanksgiving at my house again this year. A week after thanksgiving my mother called to tell me how much better the dog was doing, and she wasn’t as scared of him anymore. If you knew my mother you would understand how much that meant to me! Worth all the time and money! If you are reading this review, just set up the first appointment, you won’t regret it! Thank you so much Brian.
Brian was great to work with. He met with me and my rescue dog to see firsthand and understand the issues we were experiencing. He came up with a specific plan tailored to our needs which worked perfectly! Brian didn't push for any more than what was needed for our situation. He was very professional and I highly recommend working with him!
Our two year old goldendoodle became overwhelmingly reactive and anxious after getting attacked as a puppy. After just two sessions working with Brian we’ve been able to take our dog out to busy public places with proper manners and much more manageable behavior. The difference after even just one session was incredible to see. Brian’s experience and deep understanding in working with dogs is clear in every interaction he has with them. Would highly recommend for all of your dog’s training or behavioral needs.
Brian was wonderful! Really helped us with our dog who was very uncomfortable with any males in the house and barked uncontrollably. We have a much happier and quieter home now! Thank you Brian!
We have been working with Brain for years now.he is the best and has helped so much in achieving our goals! Both Noah and Lexi adore Brain.thank you for all you do, and will continue to do.

Brian has been so helpful to our family as we learn to be better dog owners of a very energetic big dog. Brian’s patience, and outstanding ability to communicate effectively to people of all different ages is remarkable. He gives excellent pointers that we can use to help us interact with and react to our dog in better ways when our dog starts exhibiting a behavior we don’t want. Brian works well with our dog and with us as we train our dog on the useful commands of sit, down, stay, come, etc.but also Brian is good at helping us handle our particular problem areas like, for instance in our case, when our dog bites a person’s hand to say hello, and when he jumps up on people. I highly recommend Brian as a dog trainer to anyone with any dog. He’s an excellent trainer and a very admirable and kind man.
Brian has been so great to work with, he keeps an open line of communication and is available to troubleshoot as needed. We’ve been able to tailor training sessions to our biggest concerns. Our dogs respond immediately to him and his methods. We’ve done training with and without an e collar and seen success both ways. It’s very obvious that he genuinely enjoys what he does.
