They had the same exact sofa we wanted from Ashley except Ashley's sofa doesn't arrive when we wanted so went here to our surprise they had it in stock paid and picked up the next day.

This is a nice furniture store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have so really beautiful pieces. I recommend checking the store out if you are looking to purchase any type of furniture.

I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy! I bought king bed and the drawers was missing, i bought a coffee table it was cracked when i try to give them a call they never receive and when i showed up on a store they always make an excuses
They service was not satisfied at all!

Please don't buy from them. I spent over 5k in their store. They started off saying "we treat you like family" I paid cash. I got a bedroom suite, a extra bed for my guess bedroom and a dinette set. The Bedroom suite and the extra bed was delivered. They called to let me know the dinette set, it would take 6 weeks to get the shipment in. 6 weeks came and went and I didn't hear anything. I called, they can't get the dinette set, they ask me to come in and pick out something else. I did. But 4 weeks later I call and they can't get that dinette set. So I just ask for my money back. The sales person (Ray) show me another set, I agreed but still wanted the 2 extra chairs I ordered and paid for with the original set. They delivered the floor model without the 2 extra chairs, that I paid for. I was told several times that the chairs are on back order, give them 4 weeks. 3 months go by, I don't get a call. I called six months later, the chair still haven't come in. It has been over a year, I have not gotten a call, text nothing. I still call to this day and have NOT received a call or my money back. Bad business.

They appeared to be genuine in customer service while taking cash from customers. On delivery date, they failed to deliver as scheduled and they did not bother to call. Finally, after multiple calls to them, they finally delivered. However, they delivered the wrong product in shape size and height, and it was a floor display, even after being specific with them about the order, which they said would come from their warehouse.

These guys are amazing! Family owned business and very motivated to sell and do their magic. Fast and friendly. I went in a few months ago and Dean got me into an amazing bedroom set for a really good deal. I told them then, Ill be back when I am ready for a living room set.
SO>>>> I went in today to get someone a recliner chair. Dean asked me about my house (since he knew I had just purchased it right before getting the bedroom set) (YES HE REMEMBERED).
Nothing on the floor suited what we were looking for in a chair. So he brought a different one that was not set out yet to be modeled.and it is the one in which we bought.
Then we started talking couches. Well. I had no intention on buying a set yet but. Him and the guys made it happen.
Though I did not finance this time. My first time I had. They have a few different options for payment methods. Of course you will get the best deal if you pay cash. Their payment options are fast and easy and would work for almost anyone.
Their delivery people are 3rd party. But even those guys are funny and pretty damn great. My first experience with them was amazing and we threw some jokes at each other. I am looking forward to seeing them this Tuesday when they deliver my furniture! As well as seeing the guys at Payless with my future purchases!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Was delivered a king bed with a California king mattress. Was obvious the mattress did not fit the frame. They left it anyway. When I called they argued and finally agreed to bring me the right mattress. They brought the right size, but was not the mattress I ordered. It also took 4 days. This place is very unprofessional and I will never shop there again.

Although it is in a shopping center that is dire need of updates and repairs, this store is worth the stop if you're looking for good quality furniture and good deals. Went past this place several times and stopped only because everywhere else didn't have what we wanted at a price acceptable to us. Glad we stopped as we found it here with good service to boot.

The fact I paid 1500 for a sectional and I was delivered a display i was so disgusted then I had to argue with the saleman to deliver me so new Furniture he said all sales are final no refunds please take your business somewhere not unless you want used furniture thats bad business no display should been put into my house i dont even want the new furniture that I had to rise holy hell to get

Went got approved for no money down financing! Walked in and out with in 20 minutes and my furniture was delivered literally 1 hour later there faster than dominos pizza lol love this place!

Me and my Fiancé paid $3500 to Synchrony because we financed the furniture we choose. It took us 4 months to pay it off. We get there to pick it up and they gave our furniture away. They claimed they fired the manager there his name was Mike because he wasn’t doing right. My thing is, why should the consumer have to suffer. They gave us this ugly substitute and it was cheaper. I’m calling today or better business bureau requesting a refund or my original order! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. They lied and basically stole from us.

Worst place ever.they don’t even know how to talk nicely to customer. They say one price and change the price within a minutes. I would never recommend this place for anyone unless u want to experience some terrible service.

I am a very detailed oriented shopper and extremely picky. After my husband and I went to every big retailer, including Ashley Furniture, Big Sandy etc.we finally chose to buy a couch from Payless Furniture! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Mike who was extremely helpful! Tom was very helpful and extremely friendly. Everyone there is very knowledgeable! Honestly— I’m so glad my husband and I decided to buy our beautiful couch from here. I was referred by word of mouth and I’m so thankful! You WILL not be disappointed with the service here! I would highly recommend
