Will definitely use their services again. My 7 yr old laptop had a major problem involving fraudulent activity. I took it in 4/17 and had it back by 4/22. They replaced the hard drive and it is running good as new if not better. The price cannot be beat. They are very professional. Being in the early stages of pandemic, came out to vehicle wearing a mask to retrieve it and returned the same way.

As pastor of a church with several PC's, both laptops and desktops, we deal exclusively with PC Express because we get fantastic service from friendly helpful staff. We have had computers repaired, and bought custom built computers from them.

They took my computer the same day I called and they were very polite and quick to fix my computer. Prices are very cheap & affordable! Amazing experience and I would 100% recommend!

One word GREAT! After crashing I took my computer to Best Buy for repair, BB inform me that my computer was done, and if they could save "any" files it would be a "send out" at $400-500. And it would be returned in 3 weeks still unrepairable as a running computer. Took it PC Express and in 6 hours they saved and backed up all my files, repaired my computer (even faster now) at a fraction of BB's quote. I'm never post public reviews but I highly recommend these guys.

Oil change was fast that's the only reason I'm 2 starring it and not 1. I wss told it would be 39.99 for the oil change and they were going to discount me 10 percent because of a coupon. After they changed my oil and finished it all up they apologized they couldnt use the coupon, and charged me 65 dollars instead. I told them nevermind that's way too much and they said it's too late. It's already done. I will never ever go back.

These guy's rocked, totally liked the experience from first walking in and the entire experience till I got my computer back. Pretty fast service too. I'm a long time customer of PC Doctor and I just LOVE THEM! I love the fact that they WILL PICK UP AND BRING YOUR PC BACK to you that's a plus for me cause if not I would have to catch 2 buses to get there. Their price's are VERY LOW compared to other computer repair stores, the people that work there are VERY NICE and RESPECTABLE, helpful, they WILL answer ALL of your question's til your are satisfied. The tech's that work there are VERY knowledgeable, easy to talk to, they will go out of their way to help you. PC Doctor WILL NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU; THE CUSTOMER, which I like A LOT! I ONLY go to them when I have a problem with my PC period. I TRUST them with my PC and I'm very picky. OH! They will let you know what's wrong and how much it will cost you to repair your PC before they do the work and there's NO HIDDEN FEE'S either the price they tell you is the price you'll pay. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Horrible customer service. Tried charging me 200$ for something that wasn’t even broken. Then I got hung up on after being rudely spoken too over the phone. Business place is dirty and workers are rude and ignorant. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND even if I was paid a million dollars. Dude seems like he’s under the influence of something.
