My girlfriend recently ordered the cool pad & 3 month’s service. It’s only a hotspot it doesn’t work. When they refer to internet it’s not internet. The customer service is horrible. Rude and the one rep sighed out loud that I heard her.she was on speaker.

The refund for remaining money went to wrong card so don’t switch your payment. All & All you will see great reviews remember in the back of your mind anyone can write a review.

Please customer service get another job or donate time somewhere else because it’s horrible dealing with you.

Save your money folks If you want a hotspot look somewhere else.

I have had the service for a couple of months now and paid for 6 months more of use. I have 6 children which we have 3 smart TVs, 3 game systems, 2 tablets, idk how many cellphones & a chromebook. We usually can have all the smart TVs on without lag but once they begin putting their game systems on we must get the cellphone users to disconnect their wifi. I'm more than happy with the service. My gamer people would give it still like 3 stars but I'm moving it to 5 stars

Just purchased my mobile hotspot-saw their name on the internet rental from the library so I decided to stop in. I plan to come back for a gaming PC & Microsoft Surface soon. After using the internet for 2 weeks I will update my review. Only giving 3 stars because I haven’t used the internet yet-glad it’s affordable though.

The customer service here is awesome. Great Prices and good condition computers. Highly recommend visiting and checking it out for yourself.

The internet sucks. The little WiFi box only last for an few months until the battery exploded. My battery exploded called customer service. And they told me they can’t send me an new one. Even though i said i could send pictures and everything. They told me no. It’s nothing they could do. Worst customer service ever.

#PCs4People #5Stars. As a small business owner I couldn't tell you how much thease reviews are a vital part of whether or not your business is going to succeed or not so this review is long overdue. Thanks to this organization and what they do I was able to purchase a #refurbished laptop several years ago when times were tough and I had to make a career change. So to make a long story short, I was able to get back into the computer/IT field that I had gotten away from for over a decade and let me say this, in this day and age that might have well been 50 years. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for #PCs4People I would have never had the opportunity to be a member of the the Microsoft Partner Network. #LifeChanging #ThankYou!

Laptop is great the internet service from Sprint is not worth even the discounted price i sent emails for help no response. Im getting a regular internet provider the hotspot is an $80 paper weight I can't return.

I think what they are doing is great. However, after receiving the coolpad surf internet box, and I only had it for less than a week, I discovered how slow my internet was in comparison to other internet companies that I have dealt with. Now the return policy said 30 days return. I contacted them to return it and was granted the return for service not used but the bigger money I paid on the coolpadsurf (80 bucks) was denied for a refund with no explanation. This too me, is a rip off. I do not recommend this company for individuals who can qualify for low budget internet with companies other than this one. That was completely wrong. Especially since I had it for only less than a week! Not right at all.

The people here are so kind and helpful and even though my particular laptop was not in yet they answered all of my questions and were very helpful! This place is such a GREAT opportunity to help me get what i desperately need to get employment! Thanks pc for people!

Purchased a great elite book here, they carry Lenovo and hp reliable brands. Both stationary PCs and also laptops. Price pevels very 30-150. You will get an awesome deal! Just bring ID and proof of low income.

This is a good place to buy a refurbished computer or laptop. They also repair them. Call for information on their low prices.

My first time was today I got my Hotspot connects up to 10 devices and I'd like to see what it do

I walked in and was greeted by respectful customer service agents. The employees offered to help me with my questions and concerns about the programs and services the company offers at fair prices. I was able to complete college at Tri-C with the help of these services and the company's employees. There great teamwork helped me when I ran into a couple problems with my items purchased from them. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Awesome customer service! A smile and a hello when you walk in! The process was quick and easy. The computers, weather a desktop or laptop are very affordable! But the Young women that assisted me today, was able to get me a free computer along with information about the program! Thank you to everyone who works there and the PC for people program!
