I haven't been here in about 6 years. But it was amazing to see Dr. Mahan and Walid. They were super professional as always. Always a pleasant experience when I'm here.:)

THE WORST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Don't know how to do a basic eye exam.

I went to their place 2-3 weeks ago for my annual eyes check and new contact lens as it was almost out. After getting my eyes checked, I did not receive the trial contact lens from their doctor as he said they were out of it. They went ahead help me order the whole year plan for my contact lens without knowing if the new prescription works well for me or not. When I tried my contact lens ordered from them, they were very blurred and 2 visions. I could not function normally with them. I called the place and even went back their several times, but they could not figure it out why. I complained and asked for money back but the manager there did not want to give it back to me. He said it is Nonrefundable for this profession. I spent almost $200 for my eyes exam. It did not work at all for me but you said NO for the refund?

I am sorry, but you guys don't even know how to do a basic and correct eyes exam to your client. They had to ask me for consulting my last year eye doctor from different place. Why can't your doctor do a good exam on the client? Why do I have to pay lot of money then go back and forth just for fixing the contact lens?

I was so disappointed about their Quality and Services. Terrible eyes doctor experience I've had of my life!

Walid was amazing at helping me out last minute to get me into new contacts for the new year. He went above and beyond to make extra phone calls to my insurance company and Bausch&Lomb rebate center. Walid cares about his customers and will do whatever he can to help. I highly recommend coming here for your vision needs.

Stopped by for a frame adjustment the other day and even though I didn’t purchase it from them they were happy to help fix them. They were able to fit them properly to my face in no time at all. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness, I will definitely purchase my next pair of glasses from this location.

Stopped in today to find some new frames. Store manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Broad selection of frames to choose from including several brand names. Walid worked with my insurance to find me a great deal. Was refreshing to be helped by such nice people!

Every time I go to Pearle Vision in Parma, it's like being with good friends! My visit today was no different, and I find myself not wanting to say goodbye. The manager, doctor, techs, and front desk personnel are all very warm and welcoming! It's no wonder my family and I have been customers for forever! They provide top-notch service, expertise, and are very friendly and accommodating - why would I ever go anywhere else? First-class operation with true professionals — who have a very down-to-earth welcoming nature about them. The best place to go for eye care — hands down!

Just a shout out to the staff at this Pearl Vision (Parma, Day Drive). Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. The Doctor is great; engaging, informative, listens to your questions and quite knowledgeable. Wife and I both got exams and new glasses and the entire experience was first class. Will definitely return and highly recommend them to anyone.

What a great place to go! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. My wife broke her frames and another frame to fit her lens was found quickly! I will continue at Pearle Vision - Parma! WE LOVE IT!

My family and I recently began going to Pearle Vision, and we absolutely love it! The optometrist carefully went through the eye exam and explained each step clearly. They have a nice selection of frames of different styles and brands. More importantly, the staff are all so welcoming, friendly and patient. They work with you to find you a pair of glasses and a payment plan that works for you. The general manager, Walid, worked with us, and he went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience and that we were comfortable. He explained the pricing and style of glasses and was so helpful. They also welcomed us back if we needed any adjustments for the glasses for free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to coming back again. I highly recommend Pearle Vision at Parma.

This is my second year going to Pearle Vision in Parma. The whole staff is so nice. The front desk, the doctor, and those helping me pick glasses and ordering contacts. Walid went above and beyond when I was ordering my glasses. He helped me pick a great pair of glasses and gave great advice/knowledge throughout the process. I will be back.

Store manager Walid Nasser was exceptionally helpful and definitely I will come to visit this location and I highly recommend this store if you need a good customer service and good care for your vision needs.

The optometric tech, opticians and manager are always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location!

The manager helped me find the perfect glasses for my face shape and went through what my insurance would cover, all done with a positive attitude. I had trouble finding good frames at other places but found ones here, which were even discounted. Very professional workers who are respectful to everyone.
