They were very helpful and the doctor corrected my vision the way I like. I prefer it to be very sharply done. I’m near sighted and don’t need them to read. I want hawk like vision for distance and the doctor was able to do this for me.

The arm of my glasses broke at the hinge (which i purchased elsewhere) the store said they could not be fixed and i had to purchase a new frame and lenses even though i bought them 2 months ago. I could not justify that expense. I found Pearle Vision, very convenient location, and fixed them right then. Sarah did an excellent job and a lovely person to talk to. You know where I'll be purchasing my glasses from now on.

My Mother and I walked in right as the store was closing and was let in so kindly. After i picked out my glasses, the young lady helped me in choosing the best option for my prescription. We had some trouble with my insurance but she was so patient and determined to assist. She broke down my benefits and gave a me a great price for great quality lenses! Very pleased with the customer service.

My husband ordered glasses three weeks ago and still has not received them. After several calls to the office, we received a personal call and Sarah explained the situation. She wanted to make things right, and offered a $99 discount. She turned a bad experience into a good one.

I ran my Oakley glasses over with my mower and was assuming I would need to buy a new pair but Sarah rewired them and repaired them at no cost. What she did was short of a miracle. This is my place for glasses from now on.

This place is horrible. The first time we went we waited an hour and still hadn't seen the doctor had to reschedule. They can't get my contacts right. I have never had this much of a problem and I have worn contacts over 25 years. You call, they say will call back, they never do. It's been 2 months and still no contracts. Unreal. Do not waste your time going here!

Very patient and friendly staff! I had to wait a bit for my appointment but that was to be expected. Tried contacts that did not work out so the doctor gave me new one's and those work fantastic! Exceptional!
