7Really nice team here, I’ve never had glasses in my life, I’ve always had 20/20 till I got pregnant with my son and when I had gave birth my vision went down hill from there, the gentlemen with red hair & red beard was very sweet and guided me through all the frames and to see what looked best on me, it’s very overwhelming and he made the experience great, the girl at the front desk is super sweet and the doctor was great! Great team. Can’t wait to get my glasses!
Sub-Par Customer Service. Arrogant, rude eye doctor. Go else where if you can.
Doctor was very good. I had a very professional and thorough exam. It was very annoying that they made you select from only those frames in stock. Very unprofessional experience in being fitted for glasses.
Took too long to be seen, should have been offered a down payment until merchandise arrived to pay in full
We made an appointment for Saturday, two weeks ahead. Then we got a call that no doctor was available (I get it, it's Holiday Season) and they asked us to call a different branch, who had an opening for Saturdays. And that's what we did. We made another appointment for the 16 of December, a Saturday and sure enough, this one got canceled to. It looks like they don't want us as customers anymore and now we go somewhere else.
James was genuinely attentive and helpful without pushing. Online is cheap but you can’t get this service. Will return!
Overall extremely satisfied. Customer service all the way to Dr was great!
