Wish you had a bigger selection of glasses to pick from, but other than that the staff and the doctor was amazing

I was impressed how each employee made me feel important. They took time to assist in finding the right glasses. They were not pushy but very accommodating in my needs. I would recommend them for sure.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I felt comfortable and welcome. I feel like I got the glasses that fit my face but also the best fit for what I needed. My family will definitely be coming back to the Pearle Fairlawn location!

Really great staff. The doctor was great and was a hoot. They where extremely busy the day I want (end of the year) but they still provided excellent service.

What a great bunch of very likeable people. Abby was the first meet and she was friendly, talkative and very helpful in getting the process started. Carol was the other great person to help with getting our glasses finished. Highly recommend this businesss location for getting glasses

This was my first time visiting Pearle Vision and it was a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in! Carol, Abby and Dr. Kossow were all so very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be going here for my eye exams from now on! Thank you!

I’ve been using Carol at this location for about 10 years. She and the rest of her staff are always patient, kind, and professional. They know their stock and they know how to fit those glasses extremely well. I’ve never had to return a pair of glasses because they didn’t work for me, but they are quite serious when they say “bring them back if you don’t like them”. They’re also quite skilled at bending back mangled glasses.

My family and I had a great experience here again. In addition to their professionalism, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We don't have vision insurance, and they helped to find deals to make the glasses affordable. We have been going there for years and will continue to return.

I dropped in Pearl Vision Fairlawn due to the arm of my sunglasses losing the screw that keeps it in tack (glasses not from Pearl Vision) which required a specific screw. They told me to leave them there so they could search for one. A few hours later got a call that they had one! I was a few minutes late picking them up before close. They even waited a few extra minutes for me to get there. Very nice people at this location! Thank you!

My big golden retriever loves eating my glasses. Which makes this Pearle store pure gold in my book. I’ve seldom experienced more caring folks in the care industry. From exam to eye bling, they exceed expectations every visit.

If I could rate Pearle Vision Fairlawn with 6 Stars, I would in a heartbeat. I've been a returning customer for the past several years. Each visit, I'm amazed at the exceptional customer service and kindness each team member gives to every person in the store, myself included.

Carol goes above and beyond for my last-minute needs. She's helped ensure I receive my contact-lenses in time for every business trip I've taken. She does so with a smile on her face. I appreciate her and the staff for taking such great care of me.
